True to size. Will fit a little snug at first but after wearing for a short time, they will break in and loosen up. Pretty much like most slippers, except these keep your feet very warm. The quality is amazing.

Slippers fit well but better in my bare feet. Socks would be too snug and if that's how you wear them consider larger size.
