I'm picky about my slippers. I want them to fit right. I want them to have classic styling. I want them to be well made and durable. And, I want them to be amazingly comfortable and warm. I just bought my first pair of UGGS. I try to avoid trendy labels because I think they're usually just hype. Knowing that UGGS have historically been a celebrity brand, I tried to avoid them. But after a lengthy search, I finally settled on these slippers based on product reviews, and the other criteria I listed above. Granted they were expensive. Sometimes you just have to shell out the cash to get quality. And, I am not only NOT disappointed, I am positively thrilled. These things hug my feet, are chock full of plush lining, and have all the appearances of a quality product. Time will tell if they hold up to my demanding wear, but after a few days I am still very glad I bought these. I wore them outside on my deck in winter temperatures in the teens, and my feet couldn't tell they were outside. As of now, I would DEFINITELY but these again. Two week follow up: As always, the interior piling has begun to flatten out, however only slightly when compared to synthetic piling. I still can't get over how warm they keep my feet. If these things ever wear out, I'm absolutely buying another pair. UGGS - if you can hear me....don't ever change this product, and don't ever stop selling it. Two months in, and I'm still in love. Well, it's been a year now. These slippers are currently unavailable, and that's a shame. I hope they haven't been discontinued. They're such a classic look and fit! Also, one year in (under COVID conditions, mind you) and these things still look brand new on the outside. As expected, the inside piling has begun to mat a bit. BUT, they still keep my feet amazingly warm and toasty. Someday I may need a new pair and, when that happens, I hope they're available. I wish now that I'd purchased a second pair as a back-up for when that day comes. I'm past year two and these are still going strong. If they ever wear out, though, I'm STILL getting another pair. So far, though, no damage or serious wear. I'm now at the four year mark. The outer shells are still pristine. The inner lining has become matted and needs to be cleaned. Unfortunately I cannot find any reliable instructions for cleaning the interior and getting them fluffed up again. BUT - for the price point, I am quite satisfied that I got four solid years out of them. I've already ordered a replacement pair (different color - didn't have my color in stock). When the new pair arrives, I'm going to go to work on these and hope I don't ruin them in the process. ... show more

Great house slippers; warm, soft and comfortable, however they tend to run small, the mens 17s I just bought seem tighter than I remember my previous pairs being, especially if you are choosing to wear socks with them.     • It's like having an angel's lips wrapped around your foot
So I bought two pairs- The first one in my regular size, 13. Unfortunately they don't come in wide. I wear Smartwool mountaineering socks that are super thick. The 13's fit, but were very tight. Without the socks, if I wear smartwool ski socks, they are *PERFECT*. So they fit as they are supposed to. For work I bought a second set, in size 15. Yes they are two sizes too big, but with my super thick socks they fit *PERFECT*. My workplace is very cold, lots of people complain, and while I'm a big husky guy my feet get cold to the point where they hurt. Not with these slippers. They are absolutely wonderful. So far there's been no compression of the inside fleece, although I expect that will happen. Something else to note- With my thick wool socks my feet are dry as a bone in these slippers. My co-workers are jealous now. Followup 08/03/2020: My 15's are locked in the office and I can't get them or any of my other belongings because of the lockdown. So I've been wearing my 13's and I must say they are now more perfect than the 15's. They do break in, and now with mountaineering socks and size 13 wide feet my size 13 slippers are perfectamundo. I wear them all day every day in the house, and sometimes outside to get the mail. They hold up nicely, are still a lovely colour, and most importantly keep my feet warm.     • The Size Issue

These are remarkably wonderful slippers. The size is just not labeled correctly. My shoe size is sometimes 9 1/2 but more often 10 medium. Sneaker size very comfortably 10 medium. My size medium 10 slipper arrived and my big toe was noticeably snug forwards and the slipper quite tight on the sides. So do I increase size only, or also increase width? I returned the slipper as struggling to hope it eventually gets loose did not make sense. Decided to get an 11 medium as I never had wide feet even though I am flat-footed. This was the correct size. A beautiful slipper, comfortable, warm, and wonderful for knocking around in the house. I have never worn a size 11 in anything except here! ... show more

I adore these slippers, but a few years ago shied away from buying them because of the price. Then finally someone gifted them to me for Christmas. I'm not sure if it's because the slippers are fur-lined, but it might be a good idea to buy a size up if purchasing these. After a few months of use they became tighter on my feet. ... show more
