I use UCGOU bubble mailers in multiple sizes every day in my normal course of business. I have tried other identical mailers (purple bubble mailer), sold by other brands, and guess what... You will regret "saving" those $0.20 or $0.40 in price difference for the other brands (YOU'RE NOT "SAVING" MONEY WITH FU GLOBAL, TRUST ME). ADHESIVE: The adhesive strip is about 0.5" wide, and located closer to end of the flap when compared with other brands. The adhesive is secured with a thin foil, which peels away easily to reveal the adhesive. ONCE STUCK, IT WILL NOT UNSTICK WITHOUT VERY NASTY TEARS. Take your time when you're sealing your packages. This adhesive is very strong, and I have complete confidence in it's security en route. DESIGN: The outer purple plastic is thick to the touch and the bubbles are flush to the exterior. The inside is lined with an additional layer of waterproofing plastic, which also makes packing the mailers very easy. The location of the adhesive closer to the end of the flap, is excellent design, as it allows you to fill the mailer to max volume and still be able to achieve a total seal. (Other brands, such as Fu Global, use a much thinner adhesive strip that is also further from the flap end. In their case, you cannot fill to max volume and achieve a seal. Even with a complete seal, I did not feel confident in it's security. I felt I had to reinforce every package flap with additional packing tape, wasting time, money, and resouces.) COLOR: I have used hundreds of UCGOU bubble mailers in multiple sizes, and the color is bright, even-toned, and very well saturated. Color is also extremely consistent throughout all sizes. TL;DR: Save yourself the time, the headache, and the notion of "saving" $0.25 on buying a different brand for a "better deal". This IS the real deal. I've tried other brands and UCGOU is penny for penny, the best quality for value bubble mailers available. ... show more

Somewhat disappointed. I bought this brand because of somebody else's review of another padded mailer saying that these were superior to the brand they were reviewing. Wrong. These are okay and will work, but the brand I had been buying prior to this purchase was better. I'm not sure what made them of better quality, but the Value Mailer brand was just sturdier, held its shape and had a larger usable interior space. I won't buy this brand again as there are too many ohters to choose from. ... show more

UPDATE 20190321: I noticed these are different from an order of different quantity I had for the same bags from the same company. These are a different size. If you order the 50 pack you will get 6x10 bags, but, if you order the 6x10 250 pack (5 50 packs), they're actually 6.5x10 as stated on the manufacturer's box they come in. For me that extra room is a world of difference. INITIAL REVIEW: I've bought the 25 pack of these a few times over but this is my first experience with the 50 pack. Either they changed their process of manufacturing in the last month or so or the 50 pack is just different itself because I'm happy to say the air bubbles in these are much fuller than in any of the 25 packs I've bought. These little sealer bags are great! They will accommodate six by nine inches on the inside, making them about a perfect Size Zero, good enough for most mass-market paperback books or anything smaller. The mucilage is protected by a silver-colored tape that is easy to find and remove (just be careful not to stick the bag to itself until you're ready!). If you are only sending a few things out, you can write directly on the dimpled surface with Marks-a-Lot or Sharpie; otherwise the bag will take Avery labels and other self-stick media quite well. They are darn near impossible to damage or wrench out of shape. Now, I do understand that many people find an all-plastic mailing medium a waste of plastic; I can only say that here in Chicago the more common paper outside/plastic inside "bubble mailer" is considered non-recyclable, while this product is. Recommended -- be sure to order the color you really want. ... show more

I got these because they are great price and the Post office kept losing my white packages, so I was hoping that purple might make them more visible and less likely to get misplaced. So far so good, none have been lost. The adhesion on the package is near permanent as it should be, and the plastic feels a little thicker and definitely more stiff than the 3M ones you would buy at Walmart or office max, though they do not appear to have as thick of bubbles - which is not a big deal to me because I usually wrap items in some padding just to be extra careful. ... show more

I really love these mailers! They are soft, a cute color, and these types can be recycled with plastic bags around here. I use these for my mail order business. I noticed some mailers have static which can pick up on pet hair, and these are not like that at all. Since I work from home and have a lot of animals, I work very hard to not send pet hair to my customers! These types actually help.
