I've searched the depths of the Amazon and I finally found the perfect house shoes/slippers. These are unbelievable. I typically wear a 10.5 shoe and ordered the size 11 and they fit so well. I have laminate flooring so I needed something that will be sturdy and comfortable. These fit the bill and then some. They got a really thick rubber sole and a comfortable lining.     • A little bit narrow for wide feet, but they do break in.
4.5 stars. Nice materials overall. The sole is by far the best part of these slippers. It's a nice indoor/outdoor slipper, but should probably spend more time indoors. The padding between your foot and the ground is nice and thick. I've only had them a few months, but so far the padding hasn't squished down and completely flattened out. The size did seem to run a bit narrow. I have super wide feet, so typically order a 1/2 size up. Even so, it took a good week or two to really break these slippers to where they were super comfy. 1/2 star removed for this reason. The fuzzy liner in the foot bed is worthless. Why slipper makers continue to use this material is beyond me. It flattens out in no time and is no longer fuzzy. The slippers are cozy warm however without being too hot. The oval rubber "fashion" tag on the front is cheesy, but fortunately not very noticeable. Overall I'm very happy with these slippers. But for those with wide feet keep in mind it may take a couple weeks to break these in. ... show more

I'm not usually motivated to write reviews of online products, but I have to say, these slippers are so much better than I expected I think I'll buy 2 or 3 more pairs in different colors just to have around. I usually buy slippers for a season, then throw them away when the weather warms up. Not with these bad boys!! They're well made, stylish, with nice rubber soles and strong upper - great for indoor and light outdoor use. I'm sure I'll have these slippers around for several years. For $27 I'm just down right shocked at how good they are. Buy these things, you won't regret it. ... show more

    • Too small, too cozy
I got a size 11 for my husband. He tried them hoping they'd stretch or that the footbed would mold to his feet after warming up. But they're just too snug - specifically in the width. I have size 7 feet (5 mens) and the width is PERFECT for me and I have NORMAL width feet. The length is appropriate but they are NARROW. Meanwhile I won't be using them because they do not breath. You'd think that would be useful in a slipper - keeps my feet from the cold, right? Well, my Bogs waterproof clogs are more comfortable - and they're plastic. These slippers do NOT breath at all, my feet end up sweaty and clammy. Yes I wear socks, because I hate stinky feet, and then those socks are damp within 30 minutes. At least the cost wasn't outrageous. But he'd recommend spending more for some name brand slippers. ... show more

For years I've been buying various brands of "cheap", but comfortable, slippers to wear around the house during the winter. I've gone through countless iterations of Isotoners, to no-brand generics, to cloth-fitted leather moccasins, etc. I've had good, to so-so luck with them. They've either been too stiff, too soft, a little too warm, to not warm enough. In all cases the common denominator has been "passable" comfort and warmth, but most notably, a very thin sole that makes walking on them in my patio an unpleasant experience. So I thought I'd step it up a notch and buy something that was much more expensive and with a solid looking sole that would keep my feet both warm and comfortable inside as well as outdoors. I bought these UBFEN ones because they looked comfortable with the fluffy insides, and the soles looked thick and solid enough to provide good protection and non-slip comfort outside when walking around pavers and gravel. I was actually counting down the days for their arrival and immediately put them on as soon as they were delivered. They were comfortable and true to size right off the bat. I did notice right away though a couple of things: 1. The back heel area seemed to be "not right" in that it was a little too low to keep the slippers from falling off when I walked, and prone to stepping on and flattening as well. The heel of the slippers was also so low to my heel that it rubbed and knocked against the heel of my foot when I walked in an annoying manner. 2. Probably the biggest negative that caused me to put in for a return on Amazon was that within mere minutes of wearing the slippers my feet started sweating profusely. They felt hot, very sweaty/wet, and "slimy" and slippery as I walked around in them. This happened within 5 minutes and the feeling just got worse. I tried wearing them for around 40 minutes to see if I could get used to them and see if the the feeling of my sweaty feet sliding around in them improved and I just couldn't stand it. You can see from the first picture and the third pictures that they are very well made and appear to be durable and long-lasting, as well as providing some level of water protection/runoff. The fact that they cost twice as much as what I typically spend on winter slippers every year or two didn't make up for the lack of comfort that came with making my feet sweat so much. The soles were stiff and comfortable at the same time, so that was good. The faux fluffy lining was padded enough. For whatever reason, there is just something in the materials and design that don't allow your foot to breath and makes them sweat. And the lining itself just doesn't manage the moisture well enough and makes these uncomfortable. I just ordered some Clark's moccasin style loafer slippers that will arrive later this week for around the same price. I'll write those up as well, and hopefully they'll turn out well, unlike these disappointing UPFENs which for me didn't work out. ... show more

    • Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I bought these for my husband for a Christmas gift. Upon receipt the slippers have an overwhelming odor of rubber tires! The overall quality is poor. The insoles are very stiff, cheaply made. I returned them.

These slippers are super comfortable and warm. I wear a size 13 and ordered a 13. The fit is perfect. I do like the thick rubber sole for walking in snow. I've had them about 4 months. I sometimes forget I even have them on. Hopefully they last.
