Customer service is outstanding too - my motor starting making some odd clicking noises so I called. No questions asked, they just sent me a replacement and it was simple to install. We upgraded from an Audio Technica. This is a great upgrade. The switching from 33rpm to 45rpm is a bit weird , but you get used to it quick (move the belt from one groove to another). Looks great, sounds great. Buy it.

Needed a modern turntable to replace old idler wheel table in a vintage Delmonico console. This particular turntable fit perfectly. I went for the acrylic player to try and reduce vibrations coming from the speakers. Cartridge is a great match for the table. Good value for the money!

I was a little disappointed bc this isn’t a HUGE upgrade over the last turntable I had which was half the price. The needle could definitely have been upgraded. Looks really good though.

The Motors on this turntable are very unpredictable. The wow/flutter is more than the specs say. Their CS is good, but I have been through one motor already, and the second one I received, I replaced myself, it is very easy. It is beginning to fail as the first one did. The second motor is starting to click when you turn it on. I am NOT going to recommend this turntable. They need to work on the design. ... show more
