Updated review - I am getting to where I do not like wearing these sweatpants. The fit is so odd they just aren't my go-to favorite sweatpants. The material isn't soft. The sizing is not accurate. The back being lower than the front is weird. They're so-so and I'll wear them, but I wish I'd have ordered something else more comfortable. ----- These fit me nicely but note that I sized up since I didn't want a tight fit. Good thing I did, because they are still fitted (I washed them before wearing so not sure if there was any shrinkage). I actually would consider a large just to have a looser fit for around the house. The fit can be weird. First, they hit me at a place just under my bellybutton but since the band is relatively tight, there is a tiny bump - not big enough to be a 'muffin' but it's not attractive. Also, for some weird reason, the back goes down lower than the front - I have yet to figure this one out. Seems it should be the opposite. I am 5'2" about 116 pounds and the medium fits in a comfortable way. Not baggy and too loose but not tight at all - just a comfortable 'relaxed' fit. If I had ordered the small, which I normally wear, they would have fit very closely, which I wouldn't mind for using the small for running errands or to the gym, but for at home to be comfy I prefer the looser fit. The are not too long - big surprise since a lot of pants can be for my 5'2" height - however, my legs are relatively longer than my body. Petite pants are sometimes too short so I wear regular pants. The fitted part around my ankle area isn't too tight. I am not a fan of high waisted pants so I was okay that these were not high waisted. Since there is no elastic (yay!) they don't bind much but as I wrote above, the medium even had the band being nearly snug. The string doesn't bother me and really I don't notice it. But I do wish the waistband were just a little looser, especially for where they hit me below my belly button. There are pockets, which is a plus, but they kind of wing out so not so sure that's super flattering. Note that these are really deep pockets. Maybe if I ordered a small they'd be more fitted and the pockets would lie flatter. But for around the house, who cares anyway. The blue is pretty. Not a fan of the huge lettering on the leg but the ones with lettering are way cheaper and again, around the house who cares. They aren't as soft as I'd like. In fact, not really that soft at all, not inside or outside. I wish they were really soft but they aren't by any means scratchy. I was comfy in them as I went about my day. They sort of look cute on and I would think the small would look cute enough to go run errands or to the gym. But, I don't know, there's something about the fit that is 'off.' I'm happy I ordered them I suppose. Not perfect but I may consider ordering another pair in another color but in a large so they will be super loose, especially in the waistband. ... show more

Sometimes size guides can be tricky. I'm 5'5, 118 lbs, and decided to go with an XS. I don't like baggy pants in general, even with sweatpants. These fit well for me, and I do have decent size hips, and they still fit fine; not tight, and not baggy. My inseam is short (about 27"),so I normally purchase pants from the juniors department. These pants are a pinch long, but the closed bottom hem does a good job of preventing the material from spilling onto the floor while I walk, without being too tight at the bottom either. I use these mainly as lounge pants and they have washed well. The pockets fit my Samsung Note 10+, although it does slightly hang out the side at the top, but keys, slim wallets, etc fit deep inside without a problem. I bought these in a few colors and I think the price makes it a good deal. Edit: I bought the Blue Yonder Heather one and although the size label was what I ordered, the fit was way off.. closer to a medium or large, when I ordered a XS. The print was different too. The other colors I ordered were fine though. Second edit: Have bought a few more of these, most recently the royal blue color. I personally think these pants run big as I ordered the XS and the size chart says I should get a small. Wanted to add that my hips are 38" and my waist is 27". I currently have the Samsung z fold 3 and it fits fine in the pocket when the screen is folded. I recommend. ... show more

I work at home so when it’s cool outside, I love sweatpants. It’s all about comfort for me. I am extremely small, I wear a size size 0 in jeans, And I have a 23 inch waist. It’s always been a challenge for me to find adult clothes that fit me, many companies don’t make my size for women. That’s why I was glad to find these on Amazon because they actually make them small enough to fit me. They’re super comfortable, And I do like that they’re not very wide in the legs, they still look flattering and girly, and they are super comfortable as well. My problem, as you can see in the picture, is that the logo along the leg is peeling off in little flakes, and now it just looks horrible. I don’t find it necessary to wear labels and I wish that I could just entirely remove it, but that’s not happening, so I’m stuck with it as I watch it deteriorate and look worse and worse. Aside from that, it leaves little blue flakes on the other clothes that I wash it with now. Also mention that I wash only in cold water on a normal or gentle cycle, which is more reason why I think that this should definitely not be happening, I might understand it more if I used hot water. So now I wear them when I don’t plan on seeing anybody, or on leaving the house for any reason at all. I really really don’t like how it looks, and this is the only reason I will never order these sweatpants again. ... show more
