I'm not sure how to review this, as I didn't receive exactly what is shown by Amazon in my order history... I purchased two U.S. Divers Cozumel snorkel sets. One in a smaller foot size for my wife. I have attached pictures of what I received. You can see that the packaging is different, the colors are different, and the smaller fins are not Proflex fins. The snorkel that came with the larger size is a better snorkel. The fins pictured on Amazon don't have an adjustable strap around the heel, but the smaller set did. Adjustable is better. I almost kicked off one of the larger/slip on fins a couple of times. If I ever buy another set of fins for myself they will have a strap around the heel. One snorkel matches the picture, the one that came with the larger size was a better snorkel. The better one had flex tubing at the mouthpiece and closed to exclude water when you went under. Bottom line: I can't review what Amazon shows that you might receive, but I can tell you that the gear that we did receive worked very well for us. We went snorkeling off boats and beaches on Grand Cayman several times over a week stay. The masks were comfortable and watertight. Cheaper than renting crappy gear everywhere you go... but you might not get what you think you are ordering so check it as soon as it arrives. We didn't open our gear bags until we were on Grand Cayman and the return window closed before we returned. Not finding what we thought we had ordered was troubling, but I do believe that the U.S. Diver gear that we did get was worth what we paid for it. ... show more

I used it 4 times during the Caribbean vacation and it worked great. The built quality seemed to be good and I didn't experience any water leaking. I did have fogging issue one time. Also, I recommend a snorkeling vest because you could get into the deep water pretty quickly.

Purchased for ease of snorkeling in Hawaii. They worked ok, but the masks fogged constantly. Having to pause every couple minutes to clear them got very annoying

I’m one of those who rarely writes a review, but my experience with this gear compels me. I took it on vacation to Hawaii with my wife, used it multiple times all over the island and in varying conditions. First, the fit of all was great - I’m 6’1” and about 200 lbs. I initially thought the mask might be a bit small, but it was just right. Never leaked. The fins were a perfect fit (I’m a size 12 US). The snorkel is what surprised me the most - regardless of the size of wave that came over me or my tendency to look up for my bearings (thereby dropping the end of the snorkel to the point it was most at risk of taking on water), I never had an issue. The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 of these US Divers Cozumel snorkeling sets (one yellow, one blue) for an upcoming beach trip. Tried them out in the pool and so far so good. We swam with them for about an hour and both my son and I thought they were good. Mask was easy to adjust and comfortable to wear. The snorkel worked just like a snorkel should and was fairly comfortable to use. The plastic wasn’t uncomfortable but, again, used it on and off for an hour. Longer than that might be different. If that’s an issue, you might look for something different. The fins worked great! My son wears an 11 and I’m a size 10. Both of use were comfortable with the large. The width was fine for both of us and I think our feet are about average. Quality seems good for the price and we’re all set to do some scalloping! ... show more
