I bought this set .to color candy/chocolate. It was a fairly expensive purchase for me as far as food coloring goes but I needed it for a project. The bottles are much larger than standard food coloring and it colored my chocolate and candy melts like a dream with no seizing and did not affect the flavor. On a side note: My box arrived with a spilled color and a huge mess. When I went to return for a replacement, Amazon said it was a non-returnable item and I could go no further through them. I was furious and I too photos and started to leave a negative review about $40 wasted, but I googled the company, found their toll-free number easily, and called them directly. They were very nice and sent a replacement immediately. I mention this only because all of the lids in my box were loose and I can see this as a potential problem for others. ... show more

works great on chocolate. Sometimes it takes more than expected, but they did not break the chocolates, so that is ok. Good coloring.

I got this pack due to another baker recommending them. I was on the hunt for the perfect food coloring and I found them with these! If I remember right one of them came already a little messy but I am thinking it was during the shipping process. Other than that, they have done everything that I have needed. The product did not come as advertised. There was no color wheel and the bottle were in a plastic bag that had a large hole in the side. I have no idea how they will work coloring the chocolate I have to color. Hopefully it truly is oil based food colors. At this point I am not holding my breath. *edit* These colors are beautiful and brilliant! We used them to color white chocolate to drizzle over caramel apples and they not only blended very well the color just POPPED on presentation. We were very impressed. I wish we had had the color wheel in order to see what other beautiful colors we could create. I will be ordering again. Maybe next time Ill get that wheel? HAHAHAHAHA ... show more

I have used the pink and its great but i also used the red and it does not do red, i hope all the other colors work correctly, red is nit recommended
