Very good product. Some people have a little dribbling and an embarrassing matter of wet gas tooting out. This pad is thin and long to keep undies clean in both areas. I'm not the only one. Right?

These are great. Very thin and absorbent. They are comfortable. You forget you are wearing them. These are a little longer than other pads. (have tried many others) so you get coverage without being bulky. The bottom of these where the adhesive is, is like the outer layer of a diaper in that it is waterproof so no leaking through to your underwear, if you are having one of those days!. They are very absorbent. I was very pleased to find these. Even the thicker pads for heavier days are not real bulky either. The overnight are the thickest, but they are for overnight so... The pads I use are not fragranced but I have not smelled any odor. I am sensitive to that, which is why I switched to the Kotex Security Ultra thin Pads ... show more

    • Best ankle bandaids ever
I slipped on a puddle and sprained my foot pretty badly. My ankle was puffed up to twice its size and turned black and blue. As I sat in the puddle, crying from the pain, my son brought me a few of these “Ankle bandaids” to put on my foot. My crying turned in to laughter and I felt emotionally better. Did I mention this was in front of a bunch of people? I was a little embarrassed that strangers saw the monstrous size pads I had, but they work great for really heavy flows or overnight use. I prefer this brand because it’s drier feeling and doesn’t have that plastic top sheet that (Always) feels like a diaper. ... show more

    • Nothing beats Kotex for the price
Kotex is the favorite brand for this house of 5 girls! We have tried several name brands as well as store brands and we always come back to Kotex. It's not that the other brands don't work, we just think that Kotex are the most comfortable and they definitely absorb. I actually got the best price here on Amazon, even Walmart didn't beat the price. So we will continue to use Kotex and will buy from Amazon as long as the price stays low. ... show more

When I ordered I had no Idea that the company was changing their product. I am SO disappointed! When I ordered, the image was of the old packaging, and what I received was the old packaging, but the pads inside the package are NOT the same as the image on the package. I bought 5 packages. The "individual covers" are glued to to the paper strip that comes off the pad, so you can't remove the cover before use. When I remove the cover, it pulls of the paper strip as well, and it sticks to my hand, so now I have a sticky pad in one hand, and the cover & paper stuck to much other hand... no hand free to deal with either!! The pads are also different, and caused itching. I am distraught, I have used this product for years & don't know where to turn. If you look at the image on the package and the actual pad, in the images I included, you can see that they are different. They DON'T match the image on the packaging, so I feel deceived. At that time, there was no advertising that the product had changed, so I assumed that there was a quality control issue. I have since found out that the company has "new packaging coming out". When i had ordered this the description said 224 pads. 4 packs of 56. I only got one pack. If i had known it was only going to be one, i would have not ordered this. There are 3 of us women in the house and i was wanting the bigger pack as said in the description. The pads itself is what we 3 girls use and like. ... show more

    • Thin but absorbant
I like that they are thin but still absorbent and comfortable, no issues, a little longer than the regular size, that's a matter of taste, I like the extra coverage. It depends on the day/time but the price was comparable when I purchased these to the price at the "local" drugstore (50 miles away).
