None of the holes lined up accurately. Had to totally disregard instructions, and improvise through trial and error. Look is nice, and they are sturdy after all is said and done.

This is a great buy and was very easy to setup on the running boards side. I had issues with the bolts fitting into the truck side after take the plugs out of the holes. I ended up figuring out that I needed to chase the threads (M8) to clean the dirt and debris out of them for the bolts to fit correctly, otherwise everything lined up better than what I imagined. ... show more

Vertical mounting slots were a quarter of a hole off after bolting up to bottom hole on mounting bracket. Found welding splatter in visible surface of step as I was wrapping up to send back. Picked these up for my 2019 Taco. Truck had no bars on it so it was a clean install. Removed the factory plugs from pre drilled mount holes on the truck and had this installed in about 45 min. I've turned a wrench or two before but this was very easy. Go slow, line it all up then tighten everything. I like that they don't hold any water or sand like solid step rails. They sit a little higher than some other brands but that'll work in your favor if you park next to idiots who swing doors out without thinking. ... show more
