Product is sturdy and well built. My only criticism would be that the would is quite slippery and not ideal to hang off of, but I have not had it for long so it might get better over time or if I chalk up before training.

Lots of types and depths of holds, including slanted ones. Would be nice to have some with sandpaper-like coating to strengthen skin as well. Easy to install.

As someone who has gone back and forth between rock climbing, parkour, gymnastics, and a few other sports, I absolutely love this hangboard. I think it is perfect for anyone who is a little more comfortable than beginners but not quite at the level of sending all the V5s first go at the wall.
