I have bought Tweezerman tweezers for years direct from the mfg, they have always been perfect. These don’t work that well, I am going to guess these are 2nds, they do not do well with fine hairs.

And you know how conventional tweezers, with their lateral slanted edges, are still just too big to grab whatever that bothersome thing is? Well, fear no more. The Tweezerman G.E.A.R. Ingrown Hair/Splinter Tweezer is here to save the day. Yes, they're a bit expensive, and no, the needle tips aren't perfect for everything you would need tweezers for -- but they are so precise and work so well, they're worth the money. You have to be careful to keep the ends covered while not in use (it comes with a small silicone 'barrel cover') because they are, indeed, very sharp. Even so, the precision and high-tolerance manufacturing of the product make it truly quality. Get these and a regular set of slant-edged tweezers, and you're set. If you had the yellow version that was 4.5 inches in length, this is the same thing. These tweezers are very sharp and do well with getting to embedded ingrown hair(s). They come with a plastic point cover/guard. Use it so you don’t bend the tips. Bent tips are the only reason I am replacing my old ones. Expensive but worth it for me. ... show more
