Set this dude as a four for ease of assembly because it did take me the better part of the night to put together, but everything else was perfect. I've ordered other items I wouldn't trust to last me longer than the next few years. This drawer I expect to be fully functional for at least the next decade if not longer. This dresser was impossibly frustrating to put together. Once fully assembled (I did this at night), I noticed that it had scratches and ding marks as well as paint splatter on it. I tried to reach out to customer support and it's literally impossible. The number just rings and rings and nothing on the website takes you to where you can receive support. ... show more

You're going to need a lot of patience, time, and technical know how to put this thing together. Between my partner and myself it still took 4+ hours, a lot of cussing, sweating, and a temporary loss of the will to live. It's a beautiful and very sturdy piece for the price, but the instructions are terrible to be perfectly honest and you'll need a second set of hands. We did accidentally put it together upside down, but some duct-tape adhesive vinyl and you can't even tell. The small parts aren't labeled at all, so try to match them up by amount in the bags and by size. There will be one extra of every screw/nail. ... show more

So what if the all the screws come packaged together. Sort them. It’s easy. Are the instructions hard. No. Just follow them carefully and if you screw up, redo it. Also, it’s partial board. It isn’t going to be top quality. I purchased two for my closet and they fit my needs perfectly. However one drawer bottom has come down and it’s hard to remove a drawer once in.     • Nice quality product piss poor assembly
I have to say it is a nice little dresser very good quality in the product. but when it came to assembly they completely dropped the ball there is absolutely nothing labeled. Everything that is required to assemble it as far as wood dowels screws nails and anything else of the sort was all put into one bag in mixed together nothing was sorted or counted properly took five minutes to sort through the stuff and organize it and then when it came to the instructions there was absolutely zero description no words at all just some very discreet photos of how to assemble it I’m talking bare minimum if I wasn’t good at assembling the stuff I would’ve never gotten it together definitely not for an average Joe to try and assemble. another concern was I had handfuls of screws left over I know what you’re thinking no I did not miss anything they just didn’t count the inventory properly like I said handfuls of screws that absolutely went to nothing but when it was all together it was a nice product just a nightmare to assemble!!! ... show more

I bought this dresser along with there other dresser that has 8 drawers.. i like this product. I noticed all the bad reviews were from 2020 & 2021, it been 2022 i believe that brand has grew a little. I had all my pieces and like 1 extra on each, I counted all before i built it. Only flaw is the bottom it was missing a craving to put my bottom little stands on, other then that my experience was fine. ... show more

I’m normally pretty good at putting furniture together but this took me over 4 1/5 hours. The drawer hinges are weak, too.
