These are awesome, they look great, they are simple to use and are very comfortable with wonderful sound quality. I was apprehensive about purchasing these as I had just purchased two other turtle beach headsets for my husband and daughter, those headsets both had to be returned which is such a hassle. I worried these would have similar issues. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this headset. I needed a set to be able to play online with my daughter on our switch's and they work perfectly. I'm glad I took the chance on these as tge other two had sound quality issues, one only set has a short in the wire so that only one side works consistently. The second set had an issue where if the cord moved it would create static that only the other players could hear. This led me to feel like only tge super expensive turtle beach headsets had good quality. Sadly these only have the one color which is fine for me but I do wish I could get some for my husband that didn't look so girly. ... show more

This is decent headset but there are a few flaws as well. PROS: Clear sound in both sides. Nice and subtle colors. Mic works fantastic on my desktop, phone, laptop and PS5. CONS: The chord is very short (3ft) so If your using this headset with a computer- keep this in mind. Cord is usually fine with a ps5 because it can plug right into the controller. The other thing is sometimes, sound will cut out in one side. The side varies, and that can be a bit frustrating. I would still recommend this product, but I would keep those things in mind. ... show more

Cracked, after 6 months then they told me I had to cut the cord on the duct taped Frankenstein headset to get the replacement Not good Customer service. Not what I expected from what I thought was a higher end company.
