It is silicone-BASED lube, NOT silicone. It's better than water-based, though. It's a great moisturizer for my long frizzy hair;-) It’s the best I've ever used for that! I put a nickel-sized amount in my palm, rub my palms together, and smooth it over the long parts of my wet or dry hair.

The flavor is more like cupcake batter but I still think it tastes good and it works well as lube! BUT if you don’t use enough saliva it gets sticky, also the pump on the bottle is terrible. You have to push extremely hard to push it down and then lube just squirts everywhere. I don’t mind using it but the dispenser just ruins the mood. Gotta take a minute to try and get it to come out and then it’s all over the place when you do get it ... show more

I absolutely love this product. I have tried MANY lubricants through the years and this is the best by far. I can't believe how inexpensive it is. The bottle is large which is a bonus. Very lightweight and silky. Also long lasting. You do not need much to get the job done. I'm going on my 4th bottle. Washes off a lot faster than most of its competition. Be careful not to get it on fabrics as it can stain... just like any other silicone products. I use Shout or a little dish washing soap prior to putting my things into the washer machine.
