They do not all glow at the same brightness, White, Blue and Green have the brightest glow of the whole package. It comes out smoothly and applies easily, no clumps or sputtering when I used it. The colors dry the same color as they are in the bottles, EXCEPT white. White dries clear without more layers. I have not used it on actual fabric yet, I used it to personalize my phone cover and make it easier to find in the dark. Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night I can still see it glowing pretty well hours after the lights have been out. I find it charges best and brightest after 8+ more minutes in sunlight (The longer the better). I find that some light-bulbs, especially florescence and energy saving bulbs do NOT charge it fast or well, though I have not tested this theory at length, it's just something I noticed that seems to hold true in my house at least. It takes 4 hours to dry! Just in case you don't feel like reading the directions, of course if you are a "Crafty" sort of person you might be expecting this from the get-go, but I did not realize that at first. So if you are planning to use these in a craft with or around children be sure to have an out-of-reach out-of-the-way place for it to dry flat. It dries a little bit gummy and can be picked off if you really want to try. (On plastic and rubber! Do not know about cloth yet.) I count this as a good thing because it keeps my phone from sliding off surfaces and it's possible to re-do if you make a mistake. The bottles are not huge. 1.25 fl oz each, so when I use it, I take a less is more strategy. I noticed on the package there is a picture of a black shirt with some nice big designs of a heart, star, etc. But I'm pretty sure that if you did anything that big you would use up a whole bottle per design. I could be wrong as I haven't used it on fabric yet. Overall, I would say it's a good product that exceeded my expectations, and I would buy it again if I found a need for it. If your looking for something to glow for a long time, then this ain't it. Even under a black light it won't last more than a few seconds. But if you always have a black light on then these glow like no bodys business.

UPDATED REVIEW: It seems that I was hasty in giving my previous review, because when I finally applied this paint to my white plastic pumpkins the results were great. It does glow considerably as well. So, in the end, I'm satisfied. OLD REVIEW: I want to put it out there that I'm not actually using this product on fabric. Maybe it yields better results when used on the surface it's intended for. Before I even opened the package I checked to see how much the paint would glow. It has a decent amount of glow while in the bottles. I have yet to see the paint glow on anything I've used it on. I'm using the paint to decorate white plastic pumpkins, and it doesn't look that good when applied. It's very transparent unless I glop it on, or use two coats. Any design I attempt to make starts to look sloppy. I got the craft idea from a diy article from 2017. The lady used glow in the dark fabric paint from this brand (Tulip). Her artificial pumpkins looked awesome. Mine, not so much. Maybe Tulip changed the formula since 2017, idk. I'm just bummed it hasn't turned out the way I wanted. ... show more

This paint was great! It glows bright but doesn't last long unless you "recharge" by shining a light on it. I used it to decorate my mom's cast for the Halloween 5k since she was bummbed she would be in a wheelchair. Instead she was the star of the show and had everyone cheering for her and her "glowing" cast. The paint dried quickly and was puffy for days after, but eventually the porous nature of the cast flattened the paint out. Its a great value for the money. ... show more

A Great Variety Pack! Worth Every Cent! The Colors are Bright & Vivid in the Daylight. They Glow in the Dark BUT not as bright as I thought. The "BRIGHTEST" one is actual The "Natural" Color (more like a Transparent Milky White). This 6-Pack is Super Value @ around $10 & I Highly Recommend it as opposed to buying Single Tubes for almost $5 a piece. Get yours today!!! ... show more

I bought these to make my families halloween costumes. We are going as aliens! we used this paint to draw alien symbols on our clothes and bought a pack of UV blacklight flashlights. The paint glows great! The blacklights charge them extremely quickly and they look fantastic! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because it says on the package that it dries in 4 hours. Well its been 14.5hrs and they are still not completely dry. Im now holding a blow dryer to them and hoping theyll be ready for trick or treating tonight! We did go a little thick, but nothing crazy, so that could why they havent dried, but overall im happy!
