Description

The TS2000 thin-kerf 3/32˝ blades remove 25% less material for EASIER CUTTING with minimum power table saw machines. Designed with specially engineered clearances on the carbide teeth that eliminate side scoring. The end result…no planing/jointing or sanding. In most cases a glue-line cut can be obtained, depending on the accuracy of the saw machine The TS2000 thin kerf saw blade are ground from C4 micro grain carbide, and go through a four step shaping and sharpening process. This process finishes with a 1200 grit pass to create razor sharp edges. These blades can be re-sharpened 20 - 25 times because of their increased thickness of the carbide. Low cost blades have a .010” radial or side clearance to keep irregular teeth from rubbing on the sides of the cut. Our blades are so accurate that the radial clearance is reduced to a mere .001” which dramatically improves the smoothness of the finished cut.

  • Best Blade I've Ever Used
Bought this blade for a new Powermatic PM1000, and have since vowed to never again buy a different brand of blade. For most cuts, the wood seems to glide through the blade, and the resulting edge feels like it just passed through a finely tuned planer. I have given away all my other blades and ordered a backup TS2000. I want to enjoy the time I spend in the wood shop, so the money is well spent as far as I'm concerned. ... show more

  • Best blade I’ve ever used
This is the only way to go! I’ve been changing blades every time I wanted to go from a rip to a cross cut... NO MORE!! this blade easily rips 2in lumber and cross cuts with no burn or tear out. Even on plywood, this blade is amazing! Will only use this going forward!

  • Better than I thought possible.
This table saw blade is even better than advertised. It cuts through hardwood like butter & I have not experienced any burning or saw blade marks when sawing hard maple, hickory and other hardwoods. Highly recommend this blade for your shop saws!

  • Best TS blade on the market.
Used on underpowered jobsite saw TS2000 40t thin kerf (.092) 5/8 arbor primairly on harwoods with ocasional framing matearial. I picked this blade up 2 years ago at a woodworking trade show. I had passed the booth 3 times and every single time one to two customers were singing their prasies and or dropping off their blades to get sharpened. I could not ignore all the praise and superior comparisons vs the WWII. After a conversation with the gentleman at the booth I still had to mull over spending twice as much as the best big box store blades. While trying to decide if it would be worth it I started paying attention to the other demonstrators table saw blades. Almost every one of them was running a TS2000 series blade. I bit the bullet. Wow. First rip with the blade was some 4/4 Wenge. I had never had such a clean rip on the table saw. It blew my mind. I could not get over how clean the cuts were with a 40t blade. It litterly left every other blade I have obsolete except for my melomine/plexiglass blade. On rare ocasion I will swap it if I am doing a good bit of work with construction grade lumber as I dont want to clean sap/pitch off of it. So here I am tonight 2 years later having rarely swapped the blade off the saw getting ready to send it off for its first sharpening. This “general purpose” 40 tooth thin kerf blade has ripped, cross cut, and quick dado cut every hardwood I have thrown its way for 2 years leaving glue line edges until about the last 2 weeks. There is no way I would not have bought 5+ of the nicest blades the big box stores sell in that time. The truth is it is worth every penny spent and twice that in money saved. Now I need to get back to deciding which Ridge blade I will be adding to the aresonal. ... show more
