Always trying to prevent losing a boom stick/microphone and having this to install on an anchored light stand with it's accessory fitting is a great way to keep the boom pole nearby.     • Simple but effective
There's not much to this holder. It clamps into a grip head and holds a boom pole in a way that makes it easy to take in and out. The dipped plastic coating is pretty thick so I don't see it wearing through anytime soon. It does cover up the one potential weak spot where the stem meets the holder so I can't comment on how good the weld is there. It does seem to be well made though. The mounting stem is 10mm in diameter, so you will need a grip head that has the appropriate size holes. ... show more

Awesome hands free option to boom my audio mic when working alone. I mount this holder to my C-Stand, no problem. I like the thick plastic coating on it, keeps from scratching my boom pole. This microphone boom pole holder is solid and will last for ever. Excellent value for the price!

This is a great addition to my audio kit. It is like having another person on set to hold a boom pole. The build quality is high, with its stainless steel design and plastic coated arms that help to protect the boom pole. It holds nicely into my C-stand. It comes with a few reusable zip ties that can be used as an extra measure of safety for the boom pole. I have no negative comments about this holder. It’s a good value at its price point. Great fit and finish. Thick "rubber" coating. Thick metal. This is a strong bracket, and appears to be very well made. The picture makes the stem look like it's on the small side. It's not. This a nice a boom pole bracket as I've seen.
