So, as the item is titled "Gig Bag," ours found its best life in the hands of our guitar player. The assembly was easy, and having the rolling container for cords and music is exceptionally helpful. We haven't found things to stuff into every divider, but the array of options is appealing. We've got the slots for iPad adapters, a video projector, and more. Great tool. Just remember: if you don't put the stuff back where it was, you'll not get much mileage out of the bag. ... show more

This is a padded rolling bag designed to carry cables and accessories. There are four fixed pouches and a larger single space that can be divided into two custom sizes. Cables, adapters, and microphones would fit nicely into the pouches. Small tools or DI boxes could be placed in the larger space. The entire bag is a soft padded black nylon material, covered with zippered pockets on the outside front and sides. There are additional pouches within the front zipper pocket. Three mesh style storage sections are found on the underside of the top flap. There are two wheels attached to the bottom of the bag at the handle. There is also a nylon strap attached across the top, allowing you the option to sling the bag over the shoulder. This is not a road case -- more of a padded soft case. Although a rigid support piece is included that may be placed along the inside bottom of the larger section. The nylon construction is a good choice as it is durable, water repellent, and lightweight. The bag weight is about 5 lbs empty. There is an extendable handle made of aluminum. I have some concern about the long term durability of that handle. I would have preferred it to be steel or an alloy. The wheels, though small, roll smoothly. Overall, I found this to be a great utility bag. This will become my primary bag for gig work. The abundance of pockets, the ability to set the size of the interior compartment, free rolling wheels, and sturdy nylon shell make this a good value for its cost. ... show more

    • Rolling DJ cable bag
I'm a ambo runner by day, and a random dj by night. I never actually invested into getting myself a nicer bag to separate all the cables and cords. My set up is pretty small, so typically I just take my laptop backpack with me with the cables needed day of, but my storage at home is a hot mess. This was the perfect solution to that. This holds all my cables separately as well as my karaoke books in a pocket. You could put a laptop in this as well. There's a few dividers that you can choose how you want to put them in there. The bags pretty durable and it even comes on it's own little rolling dolly. I haven't checked the weight limit on the dolly part, but I'm sure you could use this for maybe taking a speaker in as well. Overall it solves a huge issue I have had for awhile and keeps it contained nicely. Also be nice to take to gigs because of how you can just roll it around instead of carrying it.     • Well made cable bag with separate dolly
This bag is large and well made. It holds a lot of cables and equipment and seems well aimed at being part of a DJ's kit. I'm not a DJ. While I use a fair number of cables, this bag is an odd combination of too big and too small for what I need. The most crucial piece of equipment I wanted this to carry is an NI Maschine MkIII+, but without wasting a lot of the cable sorting space, it won't fit (too small). the rest of the gear I carry not only fits, but with lots of wasted empty space (too big, and jumbled together because of the MkIII+). The dolly, on the other hand, works great for my 4u rack bag, handling that heavy weight very well. I think that would translate to easily handling this bag with various lighting, cables, and other gear. All in all, this is likely a good bag for the average club DJ. ... show more
