I bought these sheets for our guest bedroom, and I wanted them to be soft, comfortable, and breathable. They are perfect for what I was looking for. I ordered the sage green and they are lovely. The sateen finish provides softness and gives it a slight shine which adds elegance. Do keep in mind, though, that because they are cotton they, therefore, will not be wrinkle-free. I would rather have cotton and deal with the wrinkles than have a blended fabric that makes me sweat. If you follow the washing instructions, though, and use cool water and dry on low heat, the wrinkles will be lessened. They are also single-ply which means they will be on the lighter side which is good for me since I personally do not like thick heavy sheets. Also, they came on time and were well packaged. Btw, the photo was taken AFTER washing the sheets, that is why they appear a bit wrinkled. ... show more

UPDATE: I am updating my rating because the fading on the sheets may be from my HE washing machine as I noticed today that another set of my sets (not this vendor) also has come out with faded spotting. So, must be the low water usage that washer manufacturers are installing these days. Therefore, in fairness to this vendor, I am updating from a 1 star to a 4 star because I did receive a prompt message from the company with their concerns about the quality of the product and because I am still not pleased that when washed, they do not fit my 13" mattress but was advertised as fitting up to an 18". I will leave the picture as it shows the fading from my initial washing. ... show more

I'm hoping they will soften with more washes. As for the wrinkles, not too sure if I may have to take an iron to them next time. They do feel very durable though.

    • Soooo soft / Pilling starting after 5 months (approx 9 weeks of usage)
VERY soft and comfortable sheets. I was worried by the thinness of them since I bought 1000 thread count egyptian cotton sheets from Macys last year and they are thick, but I used these sheets for 4 weeks in a row, washing once a week, and they are holding up. They feel smooth and cool. The top sheet is not quite long enough for a queen (it barely reaches tucking point, and even then you can tuck on one side only a small amount). The fitted sheet, while tight when you put it on fresh, gets baggy after a day and you have to pull and tuck (I do get this with all my sheets though). They wrinkle fairly easily but it does not affect their comfort and I keep my bed made. The sage is a beautiful deep green. So far, so good. The last "1000 tc ec" sheets I bought from BBB ripped after the second wash and I returned them. Again, these sheets ARE thin but I am hopeful they hold up. Update 8/25/19. Ive used these sheets once a month for a week at a time since the initial month I bought them. There is pilling starting and a scratchy feeling on the pillow case. At this point I do not think they will hold up. Downgraded to 3 stars for time being. Update 9/3. Sheets are mostly pilly and very scratchy. I wont be using them again. You always read that a high thread count makes for softer sheets and better sleep. Well these are not soft sheets. And they have a lot of wrinkles. I feel like I need to iron them. Not happy with them

I ordered this set recently as my wife and I are decorating the master bedroom of our new house. We both really liked the color and since its not one you see in sheets very often we ordered it and crossed our fingers that they were also comfortable. We were not disappointed. We got the teal set in king size and a sage green set in queen size for our guest bed. The teal color is absolutely amazing and the sheets are very soft and comfortable. Since they are cotton, they are breathable and our temperature stays comfortable, even on hot summer nights.
