I previously purchased another headset that cost twice as much and it was great but they failed on one key component. Sound quality. This product has excellent sound quality! Most everything else on the product is great as well. Gives a very snug fit, if that is something you like. One thing I missed in the product description is that this is definitely "On Ear" vs "over Ear" so beware if you prefer the latter. I had it 2 days now and listen to two webinars with not even so much as a crackle. I'll have to test other features like distance and microphone quality so stay tuned ... show more
