I had just bought this helmet when I got into an accident with my horse that caused us to slid across the road, I was wearing this helmet for the first time and I left with a couple chips in it and 0 scrap marks since then I've fallen off more times than I can count and those are still the only marks on it. I love this helmet, hate wearing helmets because of how heavyweight/bulky or hot they tend to get, this ones light,fits snug but not to snug pretty and isnt bulky or to hot. It has never hung off her head or fallen off. she can wear her hair in a braid or down and it keeps her hair out of the way. The color and style is super classy and sporty. Troxel's new line of Western helmets are awesome. Instead of the dial-a-size knob on older helmets, it has an adjustable elastic strap for the back piece. Fits very securely, light weight, breathes very well, and has no issues with vision or hearing. I normally hate helmets, but this one I can wear and forget it's a helmet. I start thinking I've just got a ball cap on it's so comfortable and light. If you haven't liked Troxel's helmets in the past, I recommend trying this one out. ... show more
