The pad DOES NOT zip into the bottom part at all. So when you put balls in it they all go under the of and you have to dig them out constantly. They have no way to contact them to see how you can even attempt to zip it together and all around customer service and the product itself ain’t good.

Love this!! Took under a minute to "assemble" it. Seems very durable and I'm not worried about my dogs being able to rip or tear it with their claws while playing. It like the height of this pit compared to others that I saw online. This one is a little shorter than other ones, which is better for my short dogs. They are both around 13 lbs for reference, and the pictures show our pit filled with 400 balls! Perfect! ... show more

It was easy to open, but it SMELLED awful. I used fabric wash spray to rid the smell. It popped open quickly but I’ve noticed my 1.5yo pops the walls from the base pretty easily. Based on the images I expected the padding along the walls to expand into a rounder shape after I removed it from the packaging. However, it never truly expanded and some of the edge are still pointed to make more of a hexagon shape than circle.
