Where do I start?? The texture. Let's start there. Butter is a good word for this product, because I swear it feels as smooth as butter when you apply it. You only need a little for the moisturizing benefit and not so dramatic gloss effect. I noticed the more you apply, the glossier it is, and it does tend to feel stickier. The scent is OH SO AMAZING!!! It smells so natural, which I love. They truly captured the essence of watermelon. It has no taste at all, really. No sweetness or anything, which is fine. Pros: cute packaging, trusted brand. Cons: no minty scent or taste or cooling feeling. PEPPERMINT IS NOT ON THE INGREDIENT LIST. Kinda smells like generic diaper balm. It has little waxy/chunky bits until you rub it in. I bought this thinking it would be similar to B&BW Twisted Peppermint lip balm, but it's not.
