I do love the Travelon product, however I ordered this one when the smaller Travelon bag I ordered, basically fell apart. I was very disappointed, no...p_s_s_d, because I was replacing the identical bag I had bought a few years ago, it was the perfect size, right amount of pockets, even held my Kindle and my Note 5. I bought a new one, because after a few years of nearly daily carrying, it finally looked like I gad been carrying it everyday for years! I was not happy at all when the new one just fell apart at the seems, literally. I tried to return it, but they said I had exceeded the time, by a few days. So, instead of getting the same thing, I picked this bag. It is solid, well made, not like the previous. I only wish the zipper zipped from bottom to top, instead of other way around and I wish the front pockets were big enough for easy access to my phone, without going into a zipper pocket. The credit card slots are not in a very intuitive spot either, in fact, what good is anti-theft-anti-scan technology, if you can't even get to your cards in the first place? I do like the snug design & adjustable straps, I am able to ride the motorcycle with my purse on me and my tablet-Note 10"-barely fits in, it is a real stretch, but I can get it in, Overall, great bag- love the anti-slice straps, too! Great for airline travel, looks good enough to carry for business or for concerts, shows. I feel extra secure, carrying this purse in Boston, I can also conceal a weapon, taser or pepper spray for easy access, when the time calls for it. ... show more

I am so impressed with this purse. I needed some thing that would carry all my things and be comfortable walking long distances. I took it out of the bag and put everything I needed in it and it was so comfortable. There is quite a bit in it. I did not want a bag that was big and would be heavy. This is the perfect bag for traveling. I love the light inside it. Everything about it is comfortable. I will be buying another one. I’m also going to buy the tote bag. I wanted to use this for a while to see if I changed my mind. Unfortunately, I haven't. I like it, but I don't love it. This is my second Travelon bag. I liked the first one and decided I needed something a little bit biger. The good: •Seems well made. It isn't falling apart. Straps seem sturdy. I've been using it for about three months and it still looks like new. (My other one is holding up well, also...no problems) •pretty ample space. Seven pockets...2 snap, 3 zippered (one of the zippered is in front and has the secure clip like the main zipper) •lots of slotted "pockets" for cards, license, hotel key card, etc. • tiny interior flashlight to find stuff in the dark What I don't like: • the feel of the material. It's just a personal texture preference. But I don't care enough to not continue to use the bag. • strap/zipper placement is awkward. The zipper gets blocked by the strap. This would not be so bothersome if it wasn't for the fact that it is still too closed for you to reach in to grab something, but the zipper hits the strap at a very awkward spot. • there are sooooo many slotted pockets. It's a bit much. • the open pockets in the main compartment tend to catch on anything you are trying to put in the bag. I want to be able to slip something in the bag with ease, preferably without being noticed. It's part of the reason I wanted a bag for walking in heavily populated areas. I don't want to be fumbling with stuck zippers, and trying to re-organize the contents. I'm trying to NOT bring attention to myself. Overall, it's a good bag. I don't know that I would recommend this particular bag. However...she's going to get used! I do like my other one and I do like the quality. I will likely try another style from Travelon. (The color is a dark purple. The lighting may look a bit odd in the photos, but it is a solid dark purple. LOVE the color) ... show more

Lots of pockets and places to put things. Strap is reinforced so can't be cut through. Fits great as a cross-body bag. Doesn't hold what I would take in my regular purse, but for travel it's great. You don't need as much "stuff".
