I love the straps in each big pocket because they help keep items in place even when moving the bag around, and the small fold out zippered pockets are perfect for little items that can lay flat. In my opinion, this bag functions best when it’s laid out flat but the hook is super sturdy so if you have to hang it, you won’t have any rips. I especially love that the bag can fit my full sized toiletry items for when I don’t have to worry about keeping things under 3oz. Has plenty of compartments that keep everything separated and easy to access. When you close it up for packing, it fits perfectly into my suitcase without worrying about things getting shuffled around or hard to find. The clear pockets make seeing what’s where easy. The double zipper for bigger items is a game changer. Also…the front pocket for jewelry is amazeballs!! I don’t always want to bring an entire plethora of jewelry, but I can select what I need for the trip and put it all there. I got this bag to replace my old Mary Kay roll-up bag that I’ve had and loved for years. I was looking for something that was more compact for my carry-on luggage, but still had the same amount of space for all my makeup and toiletries. I’ve bought and been disappointed in so many bags over the years that I had low expectations for this one, but WOW was I impressed! This holds a ton of stuff! I love all the straps inside to hold/secure things, it’s easy to organize, and it’s still (relatively) flat when closed; plus (I got the black one) it has an elegant, sophisticated look to it too. As a bonus, the outer pocket is a jewelry case!!! That is another game changer because it saves me space from having to pack my jewelry separately! If you travel carry-on only or just need a work-horse for your personal care items, I highly recommend this bag!
