I bought this cup in purple and it is such a beautiful color. It is completely leak proof!! When I received it, I went to wash it and was curious how leak proof it was so I put dish soap and water in it and I shook it really hard and NOTHING came out not even a drip. The other day one of my students knocked it off my desk and not one drip came out! It keeps my coffee hot for hours while I’m at work. It’s so easy to take with me because I am able to put it in the water bottle holder in my work bag cuz it’s so leak proof. Bottom line…best coffee cup ever!! ... show more

I bought this mug for the office. I just made a copy and closed it. Took it to my desk to add my specail creamer and now I cannot open it. It sealed so tight I can't open it. It's hard to twist off. Going to keep trying but on the side of the lid where the strap is attached make it hard to grip without hurting your hand. Hmmmmm. ... show more

I used it for carrying my coffee to work. It stated that it would hold hot or cold for about 12 hours it held for about 4 hours at the most.

This mug is nice. But it's not the best insulated. After putting a hot beverage in, the outside gets pretty warm and can be hard to hold on to long enough to get back to my seat from the kitchen. And after sitting, it seems to completely cool down in less than an hour. I don't use it for coffee, so it's a little annoying that it has "coffee" printed on the side, but I'll probably find a cute sticker to cover that up, maybe with images of tea bags or something. The lid sits inside the cup once screwed in and it's a bit tough to get a grip of the lid when it's time to unscrew it. The carrying handle is too small to put around my wrist, so it seems a bit of a strange feature. I also have only used it in limited amounts because I'm too paranoid to trust that the lid won't just stay in place while the cup and it's contents obey gravity and dump out all over my floor. The construction seems solid. I've been using it almost every day since it arrived and it still is in perfect shape. I've not put it in the dishwasher because I prefer to wash my insulated mugs by hand to keep them nice longer. Despite the listing showing the product care information as "Machine Wash. Hand Wash Only," which implies to me that using a dishwasher is acceptable, the bottom of the mug clearly states "hand wash only" on the little rubber pad. ... show more
