second day wearing the waist trainer. I purchased an xl which is the size I wear. it is snug but stretchy and doesn't restrict my breathing or roll up which I like. I pulled my back a couple days ago and it has also provided some support for that. over all I will continue to werlar through out my weight loss and look forward to purchasing again (in a smaller size *wink wink*) I am 5'9 and the band portion is very wide already but my torso is a bit longer so i plaaced the latched portion over my lower torso and the zipper portion over my upper torso/ribs and it creates a seamless figure. The media could not be loaded. You can see in the video how large it is on me, I have a 30inch waist and ordered the large. I am 5’6” and 165 pounds. I followed the product description suggestion on sizing and ordered a large. It is too big and I ordered a medium as an additional. But I will say this, 5 stars for many reasons: A) I wore it for one night and had ZERO discomfort. Other ones with the Velcro wrap hurt me and I have to remove after a couple of hours. B) after one night, my waist was visibly smaller. Probably by at least an inch. C) it’s LONG and doesn’t slip. It goes down below my belly (which as having 3 kids, I need. That’s my problem spot). D) it stays in place and is easy to put on and secure. E) its not visible under most clothing. It’s not bulky like other trainers. I would definitely recommend going down at least one to really get that snatched waist and to hold everything in. Although It does really help get that seat to sweating. It is a comfortable waist trainer as well.

I like the waist trainer it isn’t like the latex ones. This is fitted not tight because it stretches and you sweat as you wear it. Would recommend wearing while working out, cleaning the house or running errands. Just had a c section and helps me keep it in.
