After trying different waist trainers, I thought I found my favorite. Not intended for daily use and lots of movement. I wear my product under my scrubs. It helped with my back pain, corrected some of my posture and even trained my waist. The downfall was the velcro portion after a month or lil over a month the velcro stopped velcroing...lol. I wear an undershirt and that's what's keep the band portion sorta in place. I really like this product and was about to size down before the velcro band part of product stopped working. I bought a size 4x. It fits perfectly, however, the back rolls down and it’s kind of annoying. It does snatch that waist. Instantly removes inches. I would’ve gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the back rolling down.
