I ordered a large and probably could have gotten a medium, but I prefer them a bit loose. They look great on. Perfect amount of stretch in the material. I like the higher waist band. Upon first look and feel, you can tell these are cheap. The fabric is cheap Halloween costume material. They feel better on and are flattering on the body. There isn't enough strength in the waist section to keep these in place on your body. I just got these in today and they don't stay up, went for a two mile jog, spent more time pulling them up than running. The entire pelvis/waist area sags to your crotch. Wouldn't recommend these. I tried them on and don’t ever want to take them off again, these are the comfiest leggings I’ve had, the fabric is really soft and resistant they allow you to move freely ant they are really flattering to your body.
