  • Quality Tint for the Price
Color: 5%vlt Size: 24in x 15ft
Instructions were very clear (surprised to see clear instructions and a squeegee and blade). The tint is clear and at the correct thickness and darkness. Packaging was great and wasn’t wrinkled. For under 50 bucks, this is probably the best tint you can get on Amazon!

  • Good tint
Color: 20%vlt Size: 24in x 15ft
I took a few go’s at it. The tint arrived in good packaging and so far it looks good. Sufficiently tinted, doesn’t feel flimsy yet flexible enough. The extra squeegee and blade was a good touch. Following the instructions, I was able to knock it out in an afternoon.

  • Difficult on easy job, can only imagine a complex job.
Color: 20%vlt Size: 24in x 15ft
I recently got a Hard top for my Jeep TJ. My factory windows were already tinted, but the hard top was not. I don't think you could ask for an easier job than putting tint on the inside of a top on a Jeep. The windows are all exposed, and they are all flat. There is no interior trim blocking the window to be able to adhere the tint. It would be about the same as putting a 2" square section of tint smack dab in the middle of a 6" window. Pretty easy, you'd think. I watched several instructional videos detailing how to apply tint. This kit unexpectedly came with a razor blade and a squeegee, so that was a nice surprise. The tint came damaged, which was surprising. The small box was inside of an unnecessarily larger box, and both boxes were in tact. Somehow the tint was still crinkled. There was a note advising to let them know if it was damaged, and they'd replace it, but I wasn't too worried about a few wrinkles in the tint. All windows were cleaned in triplicate, inside and out. Scotch bright, razor blade, and just squeegee. The directions say to use a lot of water. I used about 8oz of soapy water on each 2" section. It actually adhered pretty good to the outside of the window when I was trimming it for size. A few of those crinkled spots were wrinkled, but it was at least staying. Once I took the film off and put it on the inside, that's when I started having trouble. None of the edges would stick. All three windows, on all four sides kept peeling up. I tried more water, less water. Head gun, no heat gun. Nothing worked. I resorted to taping the tint down to the glass to keep it from peeling while it dried, but now I have bubbles all over the edges. Ironically enough, the crinkled damage portion wasn't directly on the edge, and didn't cause any problem sticking. Maybe I just got a bad batch. ... show more

  • 35% tint was what I chose
Color: 20%vlt Size: 24in x 15ft
Film is somewhat not the best quality. Took a few tries but I finally got it on

  • Okay tint
Color: 50%vlt Size: 36in x 25ft
Used a separate kit and had to redo the tint several times. Once was my own fault for dropping it, but the rest very easily ripped or crinkled despite the care I put into pressing it down, the tack cloth for removing any bits, and the spray I used to place it. Will be trying a better quality tint to see if it will be easier to work with. Updating from two to three stars due to my lack of knowledge being the cause of some of my issues. The curvature of your windows greatly influences creasing. Got a heat gun and technique assisted in resolving that, though the tint is still relatively flimsy and tears easily. ... show more

  • good quality for price
Color: 20%vlt Size: 24in x 15ft
The packaging came double boxed and well packaged. The material feels good and the extra instructions and small blade, along with the squeegee, was a great surprise. Overall, happy with the product and for the price, you do get a lot.

  • Good for the price
Color: 5%vlt Size: 24in x 15ft
At under 40 dollars, hard to beat this tint for the price. They even included a small utility knife and squeegee to help with the installation. Instructions are good, and as always, it is a good product and if you have patience and try it, and if you screw up, you can just buy and try it again, it is not as expensive. A full tint job for my car was about 300, so, if you are willing to do it and be patient, good item especially for DIY ... show more

  • Low quality and clarity
Color: 20%vlt Size: 29.5in x 15ft
I ordered 20% tint, but once installed, from the inside, it is more of a foggy clear film, almost no darkening at all. It also reduces vision clarity through the window. From the outside, you almost can’t even tell there is window tint installed. It is also very thin and easy to crease. I’m not a professional, so the thickness might not be an issue to someone who knows what they are doing. ... show more
