    • Incredible tool!
Edit - 2 years later: I am NOT as in love with this tool in the long run, as I was in the beginning, but it is still without a doubt a 5-star product. I have had so many more opportunities to use this tool when other options failed, and it usually pulls through. Not always though! I've had some stains and grease and gum and other items that I expected this to plow right through, and it didn't make a dent. There is sometimes a delicate balance between "enough liquid to clean" and "that thing is now completely saturated". I also want to mention something very specific to my personal taste, but relevant - I use two cleaning products in here, Meguiars APC and Chemical Guys Nonsense. They seem to be roughly as effective but being odorless and colorless the Nonsense is a distinct advantage. It is easy with this tool to go overboard. I will also repeat that this is a minor issue of personal preference because I use so little cleaner per re-fill anyway. Honestly don't measure but would say maybe a tablespoon per 32oz water. Overall I think it is still an absolute must-have tool! Seriously, this thing is awesome. I debated a long time about guying a VX5000 steamer, but went with this and an extractor instead. May still get the steamer later, because it seems pretty cool too. The only complaints I have about this product are that the cone makes it a little hard to get in confined areas, and the water-flow valve adjustment doesn't seem to be consistent (seems more like on or off). A small amount of all purpose cleaner goes a LONG way in this thing and if you combine this with a detail brush and some terry or microfiber towels, I'd say it is incredibly effective and has almost unlimited uses. So far, hands down the most impressive thing to me is cleaning headliner smudges and stains. It is so good that you can basically remove them without even using water.     • Makes one man cleaning tasks much faster and easier
Works very well. Once the care is tornador ready, from the ceiling to the floor mats, everything is much easier and faster to clean. I also purchased the vacuum attachment and would very much recommend that too. Was confused on what types of chemicals i could use with this and ended up going With soap guys shampoo. 2 mistakes i made that you should watch put for 1- if chemical is concentrated make sure you mix it before you start using the tornador. I put the concentrate in first and ended up being to heavy to get sucked in so had to spend some time cleaning the tube. Which wasnt a problem considering everything comes out easily. 2- make sure you wash the product completely before storing. Run some water through the reservoir. Left the tornador with the chemical knside for a couple of weeks. Wouldnt spin when i tried to use it so i hade to take it apart even more this time, and i mean everything, and clean it with warm water to get it to spin again. So be careful ... show more

    • Should have bought this a long time ago
I purchased this Tornador along with the Velocity vac attachment for detailing the interior of heavy duty route trucks and should have pulled the trigger years ago. This saves significant time and does a better job than manually scrubbing and drying. There simply is no comparison. My detail crew gets more done in less time. This will pay for itself in days and produce much better results. ... show more

I thought I give this a try, works very well , easy to hook up to air compressor, well made I’ve used in it on my head liners in our cars works real well cleaning the a/c vents

    • You will need a decent size air compressor no less than 30 gallons to use the product.
It made both of my vehicles look brand new! The carpets that looked like they couldn’t be brought back to life look brand new now. I used a multipurpose cleaner fluid in conjunction with the air blowing to get it really clean. My leather in both cars feel brand new with that sticky kind of feel to it. My wife & I were getting the new car itch and now that our cars feel brand new again those thoughts have faded away (for now). The only complaint is the dust is really bad, don’t make the same mistake I made and use this to clean my car with the garage doors closed. There was a big haze of dust in the air, I would recommend using this product outside in your driveway. Another tip, you probably should at least have a decent size air compressor to run the product. I don’t see any chance of a little pancake or pony compressor being able to keep up with the volume of air required. I have a 30 gallon compressor and it was able to keep up with my cleaning pace. I had really high hopes that this was going to clean the inside of my car but was disappointed in the end results. It really didn't do what it claimed it would. My car is kept very clean but I spilled some black coffee on one of the seats. I used the machine right away and it did not take out all the coffee stain. I would not recommend it as it was also pretty pricey. ... show more

    • Cuts down so much time
I am a mobile detailer and have been using the Tornador for a couple of months now. Before using this I had a spray bottle and cloth. This took much longer and didn't get the results I was looking for. I was desperate for a solution. My two options were a steam cleaner or the Tornador. The Tornador was a better option. Here's why: Easier to set up More reliable No warm up or cool down times Less to carry around I tool saves me so much time and increases my profitability. It uses less product than a spray bottle too. I wouldn't buy this product without getting a suitable compressor with the required CFM. It will not work very well with an underpowered compressor. A few things I don't like so much: The gun will not sit upright when attached to the compressor hose for me because the fittings are longer causing the chemical to spill Overspray can cause your chemical to go on thing you don't want causing you to re-wipe the area ... show more
