This is the first time that I bought a pair of boots unseen, not tried on. They fit perfectly, they're comfortable, I got a lot of compliments. Normally, I don't like boots with trinkets on them, but these are great. First time was definitely a charm.

It's a shame because these were really cute, but they started falling apart after a week--the hell split from the body of the shoe--for that reason I just returned them instead of replacing them. Didn't try to fix because they fell apart really quickly.

The boot is pretty and the feel is soft; however, the amount of glue showing and scratches on the heels is disappointing. I have a thin foot and it’s a little snug.
