This is the perfect addition to our home gym! I've been wanting a sauna for years, so I was super excited to get this. The unit arrived very quick, with everything neatly packaged and protected in a large box. The set up was super simple and took around 5 minutes. I'm very happy with everything that comes with this set (storage cases, mats, etc...I won't list everything as it is all in the description). This really is the total package. I'll also note that I'm very happy that most of the components are machine washable. No one wants to sit in someone else's old sweat! The fabric of the chair is not removable/washable however, but we always cover it with a towel anyways, which adds some extra comfort. Quality wise, I'm happy with everything. The machine that actually makes the steam is well constructed and even has an auto shut off, which i'm grateful for as you can get pretty cozy/relaxed in here. The chair is nice, sturdy, comfortable, but nothing super fancy. The actual tent is nice. It is semi thick, so it holds the steam/heat in well. The size is perfect too. I can keep this up in the gym without it becoming an eyesore. It fits well into the corner. Ill also note that it is very easy to get into and out of. It does get nice and steamy hot inside. I've been in other units that just felt like a humid day in Florida and were less than impressive. This on the other hand is a pleasant heat that gets you nice and hot and makes you sweat. It does exactly what it was intended to do and it does it very well. I really appreciate the remote, as it works perfect and allows me to control the settings to my needs. Sometimes I can get a bit too warm, so I like not having to get out and adjust the steam box to lower the temp. My husband is 6'6" and 245. My daughter (a very athletic teenager) is 5'8", 145 and I am 5'7", 127lbs. We all fit in this perfect. We don't need to stretch or slouch. Honestly, I'm surprised my husband fits as well as he does. And yes- I do let my teenager use this. She is responsible and it is very safe. I think if she was younger I would be a little more hesitant. I think that this is an excellent unit that is incredibly affordable. I've been shopping around for home saunas for quite a while now. I ultimately passed on the ones that cost a few thousand, but found that there was quite a price range between the portable units. I feel I have made the right choice with this as the size is perfect (not too large or too small), it's easy to set up and move, it works VERY well, and it comes with a ton of stuff, so you don't need anything extra (other than water) to get it up and running. Then, the price was just the icing on the cake. Don't think that because you aren't spending $100+ that you aren't getting a quality unit- that's not the case here at all. I'm not going to sit here and list all the benefits of this, because that would be a lengthy list. I will say that this is super relaxing, helps sore muscles and achy bodies (everyone in this house is always has some type of pain!), it's excellent for your skin (SO much moisture and hydration!) and it is amazing when you are sick too! I also use this before every event I go to as it helps get rid of that water weight bloat and makes my dresses fit that much better. ***Before I conclude I want to note ~TWO~ VERY important points- 1) YES! This will, and does, help with "weight loss", as mentioned in the description and as I just mentioned as well. However, this shouldn't be used solely as a weight loss tool. Proper diet and exercise are the keys to effective weight loss and nothing can or will be as effective. This DOES make you sweat, so you do/will loose fluid weight and bloat. That 'weight loss' is temporary however and comes right back as soon as you hydrate. 2) HYDRATION is critical when using this unit, or any sauna for the matter! When you sweat, your body doesn't just loose water, but electrolytes too. You can get severely dehydrated from using any sauna which can lead to headaches, muscle cramps, confusion, dry throat and a bevy of other negative symptoms which can be very dangerous. I'm adding this here because people often don't know that it's imperative to not only stay hydrated (before and after use), but it's also a good idea to drink an electrolyte rich drink after using this (or any) sauna to replace the sodium and potassium lost while sweating. Saunas are incredibly beneficial for so many different reasons, but when you are dehydrated from use, you end up with the exact opposite result you were looking for. I originally intended on using this for a variety of reasons; water shedding, reduced inflammation, and toxic pulling… but one reason above all others, for my cat. I know it sounds wild, but I have a cat that has seasonal bronchitis which has turned into someone way worse in the past. A remedy of this was 5-10 minutes under a humidifier, but it had to happen repeatedly throughout the day- yet, with this sauna it won’t scare her as much (tested and feline approved). I am not recommending this as a use, but instead as a personal victory; it really will be quite handy for my baby. Besides that.. water shedding and salt expunging are two main reasons I wanted this. I put on water weight easily and use to pay $15 at the gym, extra charge, for sauna use. In order to shed water weight and cleanse my body of toxins, I felt it was a necessary “evil”. I haven’t been since January and have since canceled that, but this is a great replacement and comfortable in my own home! I definitely recommend at least trying it and seeing if it works for you. Also a shower afterwards is an amazing experience, and I’ll be sure to use this at least once a week! 5/5 ... show more

The Toread Portable Sauna is perfect for an at-home sauna experience. The sauna comes with a sweat resistant chair, floor mats, a steam pot and is made with thermal insulated material. It heat up very fast and have multiple different heating gears to reach a maximum of 130degrees. The steam pot has automatic shut off when water level is low and it have a safety valve that releases pressure if the line becomes plugged. The setting up this sauna is pretty fast. The materials are durable and the sauna is sturdy. My grandson and teenage granddaughter loves using this personal sauna. They feel it is the best thing ever. For the price point and the convenience of enjoying the sauna in home, I feel it's a great deal and alternative to the more expensive built-in sauna rooms and/or convenience of not having to leave the house going to gym for a nice relaxing sauna.
