They fit well only issue I have is there's no give to the fabric so shoulder movement is tricky, occasionally I have to roll my shoulders to move the shirt a bit to be able to reach up or out all the way. While it would be a straight out lie to say that these jackets are better or more comfortable then my $150 Egyptian Cotton Chef Jackets, that would be a nonsensical statement.
