Firstly I would like to thank the TopSky store for their quick and efficient customer service. Even though my desk arrived nearly a week early, it came in a very beat up/taped up box that looked like the shipping company decided to abuse it a good bit - however the desk itself was in good condition minus the back right corner being broken (see photo #3), so I contacted customer service to see if I could possibly get a replacement or something and we settled on a partial refund which was definitely good enough for me since I had no plans on going through the hassle of returning it. Thankfully since it's just the back corner there's nothing a little bit of tape to keep it from splintering further won't fix and it's otherwise out of sight, out of mind. That being said, their customer service was exceptional and I very much appreciate it. :) As for the actual review of the desk itself: [*For reference: I ordered the 55" all-black version of this desk while it was on sale.] + Build: My boyfriend and his brother were kind enough to work on putting the desk together for me while I was busy with other things. It took them maybe an hour to finish building it and their only real complaints were that some of the instructions were a but confusing and it was pretty heavy (especially once fully built) so it definitely took the two of them working together on it. I asked them to leave off the monitor shelf as I was already planning on using a monitor arm instead. + Quality/Sturdiness: It definitely feels very sturdy and I really like that about it. It has a good weight to it and I honestly love the upside down "7"/L shaped legs as they leave a lot of leg room under the desk itself. The desktop feels nice and sleek as well, however my boyfriend accidentally dropped my monitor arm while setting it up and it left a pretty noticeable small indent even though it didn't fall that far, so the desktop probably is the least durable part of the desk especially if you count the damage it sustained during shipping. However, the majority of the desk feels very good and solid. + Size: I upgraded to the 55" version from a 47" folding table and I can definitely feel the roominess of it. Plus since there's no unnecessary support bars underneath the desktop I can tuck my chair away quite nicely compared to before. I like the grommets for making my cords feel like they're a bit more out of my way. In total I have a 27" and 24"(?) monitor (with the 27" being on the monitor arm), a full-sized keyboard, wired mouse, my switch dock, charging station, a couple of controllers, an echo show, and various small things around the desk but it still feels like I have a lot of room still available. I love the usefulness of the headphone holder and the cup holder is a bonus! All in all I feel as though I definitely got a good deal on this desk, even if there was a mishap during shipping it's not like that's their fault at all as it can happen to just about anything. I'm super impressed with this desk considering the price! It shipped all the way to Alaska without a scratch, it was well packed and easy enough to put together. It's very sturdy and I love the carbon fiber-style coating. Doesn't look cheap at all and the legs are space-saving. It'll easily break back down when it needs to be, and the extra lifted area is nice for my monitor. I wasn't going to add the optional cup & headphone holders but ended up doing so, and the cup holder works fine for hot tea or coffee as well. Great find!! ... show more

I put my twin 21" monitors on it and they fit perfectly with the wide bases fully on the display shelf. My gaming tower is underneath and my laptop on the desk surface along with keyboard, mouse and other stuff. That side cup holder is a keyboard saver. Perfect wrist alignment for the keyboard. I bought the 55" desk and it's amazing for the price. It's sleek appearance is one thing, but having both a headphone hook and a drink holder that actually holds a large coffee cup is bonus! The shelf is too small to hold my two 24" wide screen monitors, so I put them on either side of the shelf and my laptop fits nicely on the shelf. Overall, super impressed with the quality the price and know I will enjoy it for years! ... show more

I don't normally write reviews but this product definitely deserves it, it looks exactly like the photos, it's incredibly sturdy and I managed to put it together by myself despite its crazy weight, thanks to gravity of course. However, I would suggest getting someone to help you if you can, it took me longer to do this alone because I had to position the pieces in weird ways to complete it. I was originally iffy about getting this product because I don't like branding on my furniture but it turns out the logo is press on. The only minor problem I've had is that my PC case doesn't make the clearance under the back support bar by a fraction of an inch, I have limited space so I was hoping it would fit under but it looks nicer next to the desk anyway. ... show more

Overall, this is a spacious desk that is easy to set up (put mine together in an hour lunch break with time to sit and admire). From the pictures I’ve shown, everyone loves the look and clean aesthetic. The monitor riser also seems securely fixed in place and with the materials so the desk feels like it will last with proper care. The only (minor) issue I have is a slight wobble in the desk with relatively little pressure applied. Not a deal breaker by any means but I can’t help but notice that when I apply a small amount of pressure to the front of the desk (like resting my hands on the desk without pressing down hard then lifting) my monitor shakes pretty roughly so an accidental bump into the desk could easily have the front/back tip over. I would highly recommend the desk for the price and look! ... show more

i’ve literally stood on it to hang up a poster and it didn’t move an inch. Very sturdy and sleek looking. I also really like that it has a cup holder because i use it to do computer work so it’s a lifesaver. im surprised more desks don’t have them
