Needed something to throw into my tote to jot down miscellaneous things while I'm out, and this binder is exactly what I wanted. Larger than I thought it would be which is a definite plus. Well made, good zipper, and sparkly pretty. I can see myself using this for a long time. No smell which is important to me as I'm asthmatic, and any smell, fragrance, etc. will definitely send me to my nebuliser and perhaps to the urgent care. Don't know why it's called a "budget binder", though. There's absolutely nothing "budget about it", and I would easily have paid much more for this quality. The media could not be loaded. These are really pretty in person! I got the black and the pink and both colors are gorgeous. Love that they zip and have a strap. The strap is not detachable but then why buy one with a strap if you’re going to take it off anyway? The zippers seem decent. I’m really hoping they hold up well and my first impression is correct in thinking they will be fine. Holds plenty of planner paper and three zip pockets just fine. I think the price is also nice considering they zip closed and most at this price point do not. Adds a little more security for anything you put inside and a little more privacy so it’s a feature that I like. The strap is sturdy as well. The one loop is a generous size so it can hold pen sizes from thinner to thicker. Both of mine arrived in great shape, no dents or scratches or anything weird like that. The stitching looks nice. Great for lots of uses. I’m using the pink for my monthly planner for appointments ect and the black as more of a journal. These would also be great for photo albums, as well as cash stuffers or sticker books. I have seen inserts, pages and envelopes in a6 size to do all those things right here on Amazon. Super tempted to get more colors! ... show more

Excellent for what i need. JUST WISH, the HANDLE was on the outside area. Not inside the zippered area. If it had a grommet and detachable strap ..that would make it a 5 STAR item
