  • Beautiful Arrangements!
This piano book is my favorite! I bought it a few months ago and initially thought I might return it as there were several pieces too difficult for me, mostly from the jazz selections. (I would consider myself a self-taught intermediate.) However, I found many other pieces I could handle so I kept it and I'm so glad I did! I keep finding "hidden gems" - songs I overlooked - that are so beautifully arranged I want to find more from Sharon Aaronson. ... show more

  • New Favorite
Easily one of my new favorite go-to’s. I’ve played piano since I was younger but haven’t played much as an adult and would consider myself in the intermediate to early advanced level. The selection of songs is really quite wonderful and the arrangement, which is very close to the original works but with their own flare, is quite brilliant. Easy to pick up and leisurely play. Shipping was fast with flawless packaging. Very pleased. ... show more

  • Rich Arrangements of many recognizable classics Great value.
I love her Arrangements very much however I wish that these were not alphabetized and instead were classified by genre. It has been very much fun playing classics by the great composers that are well within anyone's reach and are very enjoyable . This arranger has become my favorite by far ....complex Melodies, richness and depth . challenging at times to play and very rewarding. ... show more

  • I like this eclectic collection of music
I like this eclectic collection of music. It's within my stated level of competency. But I sometimes find Aaronson's arrangements, well, different from some of my other arrangements of the same pieces. That is not to say I don't like them. I do. But "Moonlight Sonata" and "Canon in D" are very different from other arrangements within my skill level, and sometimes lack part of the overall feel. ... show more
