It definitely stings quite a bit for 2-3 min after applying, but it does stop after a couple min. I noticed the more frequent I use it, the bigger my lips get and stay for longer. I attached a before and after photo. I do really enjoy this product, it applies smoothly and it’s not sticky or thick. I like how the color is clear so that way it can be layered underneath other products. It also leaves my lips moisturized, I find myself not needing to re apply for about 3 hours. My only complaint would be the smell, it’s not inherently bad just to me it’s a bit headache inducing. Though the smell doesn’t linger, it only comes when applying the product. I never write negative reviews but this product is awful. I usually order City lips, which is wonderful but I thought I would try this because it’s less expensive. What a mistake.!! This burned my lips so bad and my throat started burning and still is 30mins later. These people have to be kidding to put this product on the market with no warning of any of this.
