Plastic plastic plastic is that all we can make these toys out of? The only thing that steal on this thing is the body and the axles and not even the whole body is still the fender Wells or plastic even the winch in the front is plastic but as long as my grandson likes playing with it and he's happy then I'm happy I would just prefer it to be like the original Tonkas were made rugged all metal and you'd get about 350 to 400,000 miles on them on the playground or in the yard or in the sandbox. ... show more

Everything you'd expect from Tonka. Great product. Shipping, however, was a HUGE disappointment. It shipped from a nearby Amazon warehouse, but took over a week for it to be sent. I'm a Prime member for fast, free shipping & this was far too slow.

I wish these trucks were as sturdy as they were when I was a child, with that said this is a fun front loader for any child that likes to play in the dirt or haul stuff around.
