(Update: Although my original review was an accurate description of what I experienced, what has happened since changes EVERYTHING! First, the tongate employees have gone advice and beyond the call of duty in making sure I was satisfied, but not only that, they ACTED on my feedback. Tongate has made improvements on this item to prevent the problems I raised below, and they are molding the new improved version. Impressive. Hats off to tongate and your excellent customer service! The experience has changed my 2 star review to 5 stars. I really liked nearly everything about these cases. I ordered 2 for my wife and my Galaxy Z Fold 6. We ran have one. The fit, hand feel, coverage, and features were just what I wanted. The problem is, mine cracked after dropping out once, maybe 3 feet onto laminate wood flooring. It cracked on the back right next to the hinges. Returned it and got a new one. Since then, my wife's cracked in the same place when she was trying to unfold the phone. It didn't even drop! Mine (the one I got to replace the first one that broke) broke again in the same place when I did it. Today, my wife told me that she does her phone and it's cracked aydin at the bottom along the edge where the charging port is. Fortunately, our phones have suffered zero damage, not a scratch #silverlining. It's been too long for me to return through Amazon, so I'll go through Tongate since their warranty to get replacements for the item is for a year. Not sure if I'd like replacements or money back to try another case. ... show more

But great customer service is even harder to find. That's what you and your team provided me. You heard my concerns and were able to get me a replacement without hesitation. The product is amazing and does exactly what it needs to do, protect the phone and house the stylus and allow a comfortable fit in the hand.     • It was a good case at first...but my problem was remedied by Tongate

Edit: Tongate reached out to me and sent me a new case for free. That was very nice of them. So far all the issues I presented below have been remedied. I bought this case for my Z Fold 6 about a month ago and It was great at first, but unfortunately this case is not great any longer. About a week after placing the case onto the phone the front part of the case started slipping off center, and I had to keep sliding it back to the proper position. Over time it has gotten looser and looser to where every time I pick up my phone I have to reposition it. This is due to the adhesive around the inside of the case that adheres to the phone itself. Not the biggest problem, but it is something. The second issue I am having is that the S Pen slot has loosened so much that the S Pen slides in and out without friction. Without the friction the pen falls out if I turn the phone upside down. One example is in cases where I would rotate my phone on the car mount and it falls out. Another example is just from pulling my phone out of my pocket, I'll see the pen fall to the ground. Luckily I have not lost this $40 pen yet. Lastly, I have dropped my phone in this case one time on my wooden floors and it cracked the corner of the case. It is a soft surface, unlike dropping it on concrete or something like that. It fell like 4 feet. But apparently that was enough to crack the plastic. There are some positives with the case, such as the magnetism is excellent while in the car. The opening and closing are easy. The case looks great. The location of the S Pen is in a great spot (although, as I stated above, it loosens up). The little kickstand is pretty cool, although it only works when the phone is in landscape, otherwise it won't work if the phone is in portrait. All in all it would be a really good case if it weren't for the issues I stated above. I hope Tongate will reach out and hopefully replace this case through warranty or what not. If they do reach out and make it right I will obviously update this review. To be fair it may just be a one off with this particular unit.     • Great case for my Fold 6!

TLDR: -Screen protector doesn't interfere with touch screen. -Inside screen does not have a cover. -Bulky case that seemingly will protect my phone. Haven't dropped phone yet (will update when it unfortunately happens) -Magsafe compatible -Customer service is FANTASTIC. This is the second fold I've bought (I started with the Fold 3 back in 2021). The cases for the Fold 3 weren't exactly optimized and i went through 3 different brands over the 3 years I had it. 1 case the screen protector made the touch screen difficult to use, the second case didn't necessarily protect the phone (ultimately felt more aesthetic) and the third ended up being okay, but it was years later. Bought my fold 6 1 month ago and I've had zero issues with this case. Touch screen works perfectly. The edges sometimes might be difficult to get to, but that's the trade off for having a protective case. The inside screen does not have protection but i didn't expect it to. The case is a little bulky overall, but im 100% okay with the size (I bought a fold after all) as long as the case does its job protecting my phone from drops. Not that I want to drop it, but if it happens, I'll come back and edit the review to update yall. Magsafe compatible is a nice touch. Had some issues and concerns so I reached out to customer service. They answered all of my concerns very promptly and made me feel very comfortable by the end of the conversation. I've been using Amazon prime since 2013, and they are probably one of the best companies customer service wise, that I've communicated with.
