Very durable, I lost track of how many times the kids ran these into something or they fell from 8 feet while flying. Charge time is up to an hour and flight time is 5-6 minutes, so you will want to consider more batteries and more charge cords so you don't have to charge them one at a time (both on Amazon, but expensive relative to cost of original set). Battles were great fun. They do act weird and lose control after running into things, then you have to power off and back on to reset. ... show more

Bought two mini drones for kids to play with, one blue and one red as their favorite colors. The drone is small and made of plastic. I couldn't get it to work at first but after reading the manual, you have to unlock it before it starts the rotors. You just put both joysticks to the downward and to the middle of the control and then you can press the lift off button. Overall pretty cool drone. I still have to get a hang of it indoors but in a large open space outdoors, the kids have fun flying it around. I would buy this again as a toy for kids 5+. ... show more

I purchased two of these for my boys and immediately I noticed one box had the name Daniel written on it and had already been opened. Upon opening the box you can see the charger laying acrossed the top of the blue drone. When I try to fly the blue drone it just flys off uncontrollably? As you can tell by the pictures the blue drone is definitely warped and will not fly straight. I would expect something like this if I said I would take a refurbished one but this says brand new and this is not brand new! ... show more

Bought these for my 11 year-old grandson. He has flown a lot of drones for several years. He was able to fly these well immediately out of the package. We liked the 'toss and fly' feature. They're also very maneuverable and stable in flight. When using the air combat feature, you get a shooting sound and, if you hit, a light flashes on the other drone. But, they don't actually get force-landed; they keep flying. There were the usual issues with controller pairing, but nothing serious. My biggest complaint is that the propeller guards are too fragile. We've had breaks in several places. The product included several replacement propellers but no replacement guards. So far, I've been able to repair with super glue and our drones are still flying, but I'd like to see propeller guards that could stand up to a few crashes. ... show more

This thing is pretty fast! It's tiny but man it's a lot of fun. My dog really enjoys chasing it lol. He freaks out and tries to bite it out of the air. It's a lot of fun and very responsive. Great little Drone at this price point.
