I read that the standard Peloton shoes run narrow, so I tried these based on other reviews saying they were good for wide feet. I brought this cycling shoes on sell for a great price. The shoes are a great fit and come with a two year warranty. I can’t give a review on how they ride because I am learning how to connect the SPD to the pedal.

    • Decent shoes but take care with the sizing

I bought these shoes to use with a Peloton bike that I have access to occasionally and they work fine for that (quite tight unclipping but I think it's just because they are new, seems like it will wear in). I found them stiff compared to my other cycling shoes but they are fine for riding the bike. Also, despite what some of the reviews have said I don't think they are particularly wide. They're fine for me because my feet are fairly narrow but I think someone with wide feet would find them tight, especially as they are not very soft. I do want to comment on the sizing too, because I think the size equivalence they have listed is a little off. I am normally US size 6, UK size 4, European 37. I ordered a size 6 in these shoes which said it was equivalent to UK size 3 and Euro size 36 and it fit fine, easily enough room in the toes and good security around the heel, as desired. After reading all of the reviews about going a size up before those shoes arrived I also ordered a size 7 (listed as equivalent to 4/37) but found that pair was way too big, so I sent them back. So basically my advice is trust the US size and not what they say is the equivalence to others! ... show more

I have been considering clip in shoes for my NordicTrack s27i (SPD style clip ins) for sometime, but was apprehensive to spend the money. I live in Wyoming and wasn’t totally sure if I would be able to find a place that could install and place clips for me - if the shoes came without the clips already installed. I came across these and thought I would give them a try. I’m a solid women’s shoe size 8.5 and felt conflicted about what size to buy - given there are only 8’s and 9’s - no 8.5. After some thought and reading through all the reviews - which are all over the place regarding sizing - I went with a size 8. They fit perfectly and I am so relieved I didn’t go with the 9, as I’m positive they would be too large for my foot. I hope this helps other people! I love how sturdy these shoes are, they are my first pair of cycling shoes so I have no way to compare them to others, however I can compare my rides before and after these. Before I was using regular shoes with the shoe cage and my feet would be so sore after my rides, now I can ride and my feet don’t hurt! The shoes are stiff which I guess makes them more durable, they aren’t super comfortable but they aren’t uncomfortable if that makes sense.
