    • Generally Good, but Issues with the Tape Properly Winding
I've used this product for over 15 years. Lately, in each batch of three refills, typically one of the three does work properly. When I put the refill into the holder and started running the tape, it DOES NOT wind the used portion of tape onto the back "wheel." This is frustrating and time consuming as I have to stop after each run of tape and manually wind it onto the back uptake wheel. It's too expensive to toss. I hope the quality improves. ... show more

The tape works well, but I use a lot of tape with my card making. It gets a little expensive and doesn't last long.

    • Not like it used to be.
I've used this product for 20 years.. and older is better. I don't know what's happened, but it doesn't wind and unwind properly without need for occasional adjustment. So, not sure if I'll continue with this product. Sad. Fix please Tombo!

These refills are great for crafting of any kinds, scrapbooking, card making, etc. They are very easy to use, and less expensive than those from a craft store!

I'm a Stampin' Up paper crafter. I've been using this tape for a long time - I use LOTS of it. As it says in the header, the price is right and it just plain works.

    • One side of the dispenser is completely exposed / no plastic shell
I've never used this brand or this type of product before but the plastic outer shell is only on one side, the other is completely exposed. Not sure if that is common but it threw me off and makes the grip a little unnatural. I also have trouble dispensing it sometimes but I feel like that's a matter of technique instead of a product flaw so I won't count that against them.
