This subline of Tombow is great. The colors are vivid and these markers will serve you as very competent fineliners and midliners. The colors are beautiful, and this set is only second in my opinion vs. the Pastel tones from Tombow Twintone.

I was super super excited to receive this package. When it arrived I ran to go get it. Everything was fine the Amazon carrier had delivered it nicely on my porch. I ran inside to open it and to my surprise the packet the markers comes in was broken and nasty and looked like it had been kicked around on some rocks. I was extremely upset and I typically am not a fan of writing reviews but this is super unacceptable. The markers itself work and they write well. They’re just y’know covered in some dust and dirty. I have no ideas who did this to the package. It arrived well inside the Amazon bag so it wasn’t the fault of a bad Amazon driver leaving it wherever. The markers work well so I’ll probably be keeping them and cleaning them with a wet towel cause I hate the feeling is dirt. This might not happen to all so don’t be discouraged cause honestly the markers are great. (I’d buy the others before this one though, wayyy prettier) oh wait I take it all back. I hadn’t taken all the markers out and now that I have taken them out the black one is broken!! My desk is also now full of dirt and I’m upset. ... show more

As everyone has said, these are pretty good multi-purpose marker pens. You can do bolder lines for outlining or for writing titles in your journal. The fine tip is very fine and is good for small writing and detail work. The finer side felt a little fragile, so I may edit this review if one of them breaks in the future. Markers are a bit scratchy depending on the paper you're writing on, and they're not as smooth as gel pens. Aside from there being 3 shades of pink in this box (and only one green), I only had one problem marker upon opening - the neon/light green marker. While all the others wrote vibrant and relatively smooth, the fine tip on the ONE green pen is so faded and feels dry compared to the other markers. The bullet tip writes vividly enough, but the fine tip is practically unusable (which seems to be a problem I share with other reviewers). ... show more

    • Best thin tipped markers for calligraphy or drawing
I love these markers. They are not too thin- not too thick. The colors are perfect for anything. The price is great compared to the store. I have bought them multiple times. They do run out fast if you use them often.

I’ve had a set of pastel tones of these markers and like working with them. I awaited my order of brights and received them last week, a day early. My only disappointment is a big one: the bright light/lime green is dry and barely leaves a mark. Frankly, I use lighter greens in a lot of my work and wish there was a way to get this color in this line of markers. Price was right too. ... show more

I have been on the hunt for dual-tipped pens/markers (fine liner/felt tipped). These are the closest to what I've been looking for, by far. The felt tip is amazing, glides flawlessly, with perfect flow & thickness when taking notes! The fine liner, on the other hand, is just a bit too thin, making it feel a little “scratchy” when writing. However, if you print 2 pages per sheet, it does come in handy. ... show more
