The media could not be loaded. I bought 250 small fishes and 4 medium size fishes. When I got the box and followed the instructions. I found 7-10 small fishes dead and 1 big fish dead in the bags. I emailed the company and they told me they already gave me extra fishes. The next day I found more dead fishes in my pond which never happened to me before. I bought fishes with couple other companies in amazon and all the fishes super healthy and I Don’t even have any dead fish. I read the company policy and emailed them but they told me that they already gave me extra 5 fishes. So I bought 250 fishes and about 80 of them dead, I’m not happy with the quality or fishes at all since I spent almost more than $200 for the fishes and I have to paid for the pond company come and clean up the bacteria from all dead fishes. The media could not be loaded. All arrived quickly and alive. After soaking the bags in my pond I inspected each one. They were in very good shape. I was impressed that they added 4 additional fish. When I released them they were very energetic and immediately started eating. My three 5 year older comets have already taken to there new friends. I also ordered 6 fantail goldfish from this seller. I have a small pond in my front yard and needed a few gold fish. I was searching Amazon and was thrilled to find them for a pretty good price which included delivery. I set my pond up with some duckweed and a floating, solar water spout. I looked at them and noticed how pretty they are with all of the different colors. I also counted two extras. The little guys love to hide under the duckweed. Really pretty fish for a very reasonable price, and they are raised in America! I love supporting American businesses.
