I had no issues installing this screen protector, but only because I have my own little plastic guide to install screen protetors. If you use the one it comes included, the alignment is a bit off (I noticed the cutout for the lens was a bit to the left rather than centered. That said, the privacy screen works great blacking out my screen, even on max brightness. The brighter, the more angled my phone needs to be, but in any typical use-case scenario - this works great. I'm using it on my Z Fold 3 btw. Also, I did not lose any protection switching from a standard tempered screen protector to this one. I dropped my floor on a concrete floor from about 3-4ft and the screen protector took the full hit. A piece of the corner cracked and broke off, but the rest of the screen stayed intact. Phone screen is a-ok! Only reason I docked a star is because if someone else is using the plastic guide it comes with, it may likely not be centered which may be an issue if you will end up using a case - unless you go caseless like me. ... show more

This is an amazing deal! I watched the video for the install on my Google Pixel3 XL. Followed the instructions and it went very smoothly. There were no drying pads as indicated in the video, but there is a fabric cloth that comes with it instead that worked well. Besides, after the install it works well as a screen cleaner that you can keep in your pocket. It's a perfect fit and you can't even tell it's not the original glass (by feel)! And the best part of it is that I paid $9.99 for it. AND it came with 3 glass screens. The cell phone store wanted $54 for a protective glass screen like this. Idk what I'm going to do with the other 2 that came with it, but I re-used the lint remover adhesive strip to resecure the box that everything came in. The installation centering frame that came with it worked like a charm and really took the guesswork out of centering it perfectly. My slim protective cover for the back and edges fit nicely to it with room to spare. Awesome product. 24Nov2019 - Update to this review. So I've had this tempered glass screen protector on for 9 months. I happened to take a fall last night working in my attic. The screen was all cracked/shattered. Is upset. When I got down I examined it more closely. And I was sure the screen was ruined. I got out my kit (which still had two more protectors in it). I peeled off the old protector and the phone was OK!!!. Installed the new protector and the phone looks like new!!! Love this product!!! 15April2020 update. So I was working on something outside. Took a photo and laid my phone down. Well I laid it on a screw that was laying on the concrete. I must have kneeled on the phone while working and found it with the screen all cracked like it had been shot. I thought for sure the phone screen was done for. Took it inside and removed the tempered glass protector and my screen was perfect! I usually am a drop tempered glass kind of guy and hate complicated installs. This one is not complicated and the end result is dope. No bubbles for me just gotta keep your environment clean. Contains all tools required for install including a squeegee, a guide and a non slip mat. Adhesion is lit. Cradles the sides of the screen and feel completely non-intrusive.
