I am 5'5. I weight 160 pounds, and purchased a size large. This blouse is true to size, and made very well. I love that the color on the inside of the garment is the same on the outside. Why is this important? Because the ruffle sleeve, when arm is up, will expose the inside of the ruffle, so it being the same, it doesn't stand out like an eyesore. I've purchased a blouse on here (not same brand) where it had that issue. The fabric is lovely, the liner is very nice and built in. The color is vibrant.
