  • Sizing chart is not accurate
Size: 8.5 Color: Black: Black
So far feels okay and working on breaking them in. I first order the size needed based on the sizing chart and measured the length of my foot by standing on paper, tracing it, then measuring it. It was about 1/2-3/4 inch too big so I ordered one full size down. The length on the smaller size is great however the cut outs for the ankle are out of place so they are rubbing quite a bit. Have only wore them twice. I will probably use them for work but continue to look for something better. ... show more

  • Great working shoe with only one small problem
Size: 11.5 Color: Black: Black
These Timberland working shoes are a great buy for a reasonable price. They are lighter in weight than a work boot, breathe well, and provide decent support. I would definitely recommend them to about anyone, even with their slight flaw. The only problem I have with these shoes is their insole, after about a month or two of 40-50 he weeks I noticed a black spot on the bottom of my foot. After further investigation I found out that the color of the insole comes out with sweat ( picture above is the bottom of the Insole) and stains ur foot where the ink mark is on the insole (it does come off in the shower). I wish the insoles were a bit better quality, but I plan on just buying after market ones and replacing them soon anyway. ... show more

  • Anyone with back issues should purchase these shoes
Size: 11 Wide Color: Black: Black
My husband had 4 back surgeries where rods & screws were implanted (both sides) and removed (left side) between the L4-S2. These surgeries impinged a nerve, leaving his legs & feet numb and areas without any feeling. He has extreme difficulties walking due to the pain, especially on hard surfaces; concrete (i.e. stores, parking lots, etc.). My son was in a car wreck which left his lower back with bulging disc and nerve damages. He too has pain walking on hard surfaces. My son found these shoes which was approved by his work (hard toe) and noticed his back was not hurting like it normally would be with regular shoes/work boots. He bought a set for my husband two years ago. My husband was so impressed with these shoes he started to wear them EVERYWHERE to include around the house. He has worn these to the point where he is gluing the toe or other small impairments (that he has done to them). I finally told him we were going to have to get another pair for him; the ones he currently has and he could get as dirty as possible (repairing when needed) and a pair for going out (shopping, seeing family, etc.). They appear to be very expensive at first, but considering the amount of use (and abuse) these two men put their 'boots' into, how long they last, and the comfort... they are well worth it. ... show more
