When package arrives definitely unzip the cover and take out the foam pieces to air out and form to size . May take 3-4 days. At first couch seems flimsy but once you take out the foam pieces and get to size, place back to position, the couch forms well. The cover is super soft and cute design. My 17 month old is a wild child, he drags this chair around, jumps on it, does head stands ect! But this has not lost its shape, ripped, or gone soft or anything like the other toddler chairs I've gotten! I even left it in the box for months while testing other chairs, took a few hours to puff up but it's been a great chair for my wild boy! She is almost 12 months old and loves to climb in and out of the chair. It is so comfortable, soft, and lightweight.
